Replacement of Pumping Machinery

Providing & Installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed Make Delivering 837 LPM & 79 Mtr. Head 27.50 BHP complete in all respects 1 no. i) Providing & Fixing of Electric Control panel board Consisting of elctric appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button, (As per PSPCL norms) Main Switch, VM, Ampere, Meter, ELCB, Shunt Capacitor, Single Phase preventer, Indicating Lamps, Kit-Kat etc.complete in all respects 1 job. ii) Providing & Fixing of submersible cable 6mm² cable = 100 mtrs., iii) Providing & Fixing of M.S Column Pipe of 100mm i/d 50 m complete in all respects. (Note:- Rates Quoted by contractor including credit of old machinery.)

Repair of Pump chamber

Painting two coats excluding priming coast with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work (Special quality) on door and windows.

Preparation of concrete or plastered surface for painting or oil-bound distemper including the sand papering the surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete.

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paints as snowcem, Robbicem etc. on new work two coats to give an even shade.

Repair of OHSR

Repair of Dome of OHSR including of cost of material cement sand and labour etc.

Repair of leakage from expansion joints including cost of nut bolts, rubber jain, jain dori (turner make), scaffolding and labour etc.

Repair of 4" sluice valve

Chlorination Plant

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleaching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm² and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Automated Water Controller

Providing & fixing Automated water controller ISI marked all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in - charge)

House Hold Water Connections

Providing & fixing of House service connection with MDPE pipe 4.50 m, G.M Ferrule, specials and CI Bib Cock connection complete in all respects on Existing Pipe line

Providing & fixing of House service connection with MDPE pipe 4.50 m, G.M Ferrule, specials and CI Bib Cock connection complete in all respects on New Pipe line

Distribution System

Providing, Stringing out uPVC 6kg/sqcm pipes and specials ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 casting along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete including cost of earthwork in excavation and back filling complete as per specifications.

Sluice Valve

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in - charge)

Brick on edge

Dismantling brick or flagged stone flooring without concrete base and relaying of dry brick on edge paving with a dismantled bricks including sand grouting.

Sign Board

Providing & fixing MS Sign Board as per standard size of DWSS as per analysis A-24
