Income Tax returns of the last 3 Assessment years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

Tenderer should have Valid Import License or Should obtain Authorization Letter from any Firm having valid Import License.

Tenderer should provide photo proof of having Unique Tree Plants in the Nursery. The same will be inspected by the Departmental Officers for having Unique Tree Plants in the Nursery, after confirming the proof then only Technical bid will be Accepted.

Declaration or Affidavit of Non Blacklisted, not having any outstanding dues to Government, Not having Litigation with any Government Authorities with regard to Contracts.

Turnover Certificate of Rs.3.00 Crores for last 3 years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 dully certified by Chartered Accountant
