M & L for preparation of old plastered / unplastered surfaces on ceilings including cornices, pilasters, etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters, etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting (putty) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting (putty) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old existing treatment surfaces on wall and applying one coat of of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (100 % acrylic) complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Ht of bldg upto G + 2

M&L preparation of old decorated by brooming down scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and grease spouts and cleaning with water on wall applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction ccomplete all as specified and directed. Note : - Ht of bldg upto G + 2

M&L Preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
