Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new /old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint / wood primer (on wood surface) / zinc based primer (on metal surface) of approved brand and manufacture Note:-Paint will be applied on steel and wood work, Rates includes scaffolding, oil based putty on wood work, removing of paint that is soft, blistered, loose or flanking & cleaning old surface, preparing the surface to receive paint including filling cracks and creaves with Putty or other approved filler materials. The surface area of MS members (roof truss, purlin, girders etc) and door / window frame will be measured and paid. However measurements of fully treated doors and windows will be taken as per relevant IS code. Providing and fixing silicon sealant at the joint of aluminum frame and adjacent MS member/RCC/Brick/plaster of size 5 mm x 5 mm in triangle shape to make the surface water leakage proof at periphery of window from inside and outside both etc., as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Chromium plated Brass lock 6 levers 100mm of approved quality aluminum door lock with two keys, suitable either to single or double leaf shutters including removing of existing old door lock from existing door frames, making necessary recess in existing aluminum frame and fixing the new door lock with CP. Brass steel screws, etc.; complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates, Hinge etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. P/F 50 MM PUF insulated Panel with flat Ribbed sheet at top and bottom side 0.45 mm TCT color Coated GI Sheet with PUF as Insulation Sandwich Panel in between including closing of all the ends of PUF using appropriate GI sheet of required size and shape, the panel should be manufactured by pressure injection of CFC free Polyurethane foam at 38 + 2 Kg/m3 density, in between the outer and inner steel sheet surfaces and should be supplied in single length up to 6.00 meter or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5 x required length) with EPDM seal, silicon sealant at joints complete up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trussed and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including all materials labour, scaffolding, wastage, tools, tackles, equipment, transportation all complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. All overlaps shall be sealed with silicon sealants. Roof should be water tight. The PPGI Sheets shall be of minimum 240 MPA Steel grade & shall have a Zinc Coating of minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277/1992, 5-7 Microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the Sheet & Polyester top Coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. The PPGI Sheets/PUF Panels shall have a protective guard film of minimum 20-25 microns to avoid scratches to finished panel during transportation.

Providing and fixing compact sheet of 5 mm thickness and approved shade of Make “Sundek, bloom, Bakelite, century or equivalent” inside wooden/Aluminimum partition / door etc; complete all as per approved drawing, colour, design & direction by Engineer-in-charge. The finished size of the panel shall be measured and paid. The cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment of existing floor or joint of floor and skirting using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300 mm interval including 12 mm drilling holes and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) with matching colour pigment to the full depth of the hole : With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Dismantling cement asbestos/wooden ply/syntex sheet or other hard board from ceiling or partition walls including removing of existing nut/ bolt/screws /aluminum members stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 metres lead.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness

Supplying and providing of EPDM rubber gasket for aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters/Glass and partitions etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and fixing 6mm thick circular float glass on existing window as existing shape and size with required necessary materials (like 3M tapes etc.), including removal of existing damaged glass, clean surface area complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge . Note : Measurement will be taken in Sqm for the fixed Glass. wastage will not be paid.

Carpenter (Skilled) with helper (semi skilled) for removing of old tower bolt, handle, glass panes, Pre laminated board, floor spring and other Misc. Carpentry work as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing of full threaded Anchor fastner rod- M10 x 115 (Material-Carbon steel of grade C 4.8 or above and Zinc plated ) with Epoxy resin anchor grout chemical (for RCC-High loading capacity, Non corrosive for rebar element, Approved by European technical assessment, Fire resistance) and for Brick Masonary- (Fire resistance and high corrosion resistance) - HIT-RE-500 Epoxy chemical or equivalent including drilling in R.C.C. etc., for all height and levels etc., The installation and the setting instructions of anchor fastner and chemical should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Complete all as instructed and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The Payment shall be made on the actual quantity of bolts fixed at the site.

Providing and fixing sunfilm matching with existing sunfilm-Garware G-20 SRC or equivalent. Rates includes fixing by authorized agency with scaffolding (if required) and taking out of old damage film. Measurement will be take of actual work done. Payment of wastage will not be given.

Making an opening (for ventilation) of size 2ft x 1.5 ft in masonary wall including dimantling of masonary wall, making of jambs, platstering jambs, disposal of debris outside campus and fixing of suitable extruded built up standard aluminium sections upto 2.5 kg weight (Anodized aluminium 15 Micron will be provided by bidder) of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions. all as directed by EIC. Rate includes scaffolding of height up to 6m.

Welder (Skilled) with helper (semi skilled) for Repair and Maintenance work related to MS fabrication, MS gate repairing and other Misc. welding work. All necessary tools and tackles needed for particular assigned work should be with welder including welding rod.
