Reaming the pilot hole to an enlarged bore hole in any soil strata by manual means, disposal of excess soil or mud, in/c the cost of water etc.as required to maintain the bore hole properly as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. For 100mm dia. pilot hole to 250mm dia. bore hole.

Providing & lowering of UPVC pipes as per IS:12818 after washing the bore hole by manual means as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Make:Oriplast/Supreme/Jain irrigation/Karan or equivalent). A) CM Casing Pipe i) 100mm dia

B)RS Pipe : ii) 100mm dia.

Development & washing the tube well by using air compressor ( diesel operated) until sand free clear water is available as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & shrouding of deep tube well assembly with washed pea gravels (2.0-4.75mm effective size) as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Pea gravels obtained from Golaghat, Assam.

Providing, fitting fixing,lowering, positioning & resting of submersible pump having capacity o 1000GPH, 40.00m head with suitable single phase 1.0 HP motor i/n 35 mtr. Submersible 3 core copper flat cable( 1.5 square mm size) alongwith 40mm dia GI Pipe(medium class) both bend threaded( maximum length of each colum pipe is 3m and total 24m long column assembly) in/c fitting fixing of necessary GI socket and 90 degree GIbend(horizontal) complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Make : CRI/Worthington/Taxmo/Calama/Kirlosker/KSB or equivalent)

Supplying & fitting fixing of single phase motor starter Unit for 1HP submersible pump set (with 2 pole conductor, running capacitor 36 MFD, starter capacitor 120/100 MFD,1 no. overload relay 7- 10A adjustable type, voltmeter(0-300V), Amps meter(0-60A),1no. 20Amps ON/OFF switch, 1 no. indicating lamp etc. of same brand of supplied pumps/C&S/BCH/L&T /Schneider make and 32 AMPS main switch(220Volts, Re-wireable type) of Hevels/BCH/L&T make in/c necessary electrical wiring in the KIOSK and GI pipe earthing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fitting fixing of M.S(18 SWG)KIOSK (size:- 1200 mm length x 450 mm wide x height 450 mm) fitted four side slope roof filled with 4 nos support of 40 mm x 40 mm(6 mm thick) MS angle,1.00 mt length from the top level of concrete base embedded in 1:2:4 cement concrete base (size:- 300 mm x 300 mm x 600 mm0with proper locking arrangement and coated with anti corrosive paint (both inside & out side)in/c necessary provision for fitting fixing of single phase motor starter unit,main switch,energy meter,etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing bail plug(made with 8mm thick M.S. sheet) welding with blind pipe in/c applying of anticorrosive bitumastic paint as per specification (IS:2800 Part-I) & suitable for 113mm outrt dia. UPVC pipes as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Changes for making G.I short piece in/c cutting ,threading at both end ,fitting fixing at site etc.as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing of GI bend /elbow with the pipe line in/c testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
