Supply of air cooled factory assembled 5-star rated minimum 1.0 TR Split type Inverter AC having remote operation, minimum 5.00 ISEER rated, eco friendly refrigerant, copper condensor coil, Inverter Rotary compressor along with the supply of manufacturer standard length of copper refregerant liquid, suction pipe and Copper conductor multi core cable etc. with all necessary standard protections, features as per OEM suitable for operation on high ambient temperatures of upto minimum 52OC, stabiliser free operation, operation on 230V+/-10%V, 50 Hz, 1-Phase AC Supply etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above minimum 1.0 TR AC system including supply and fixing of heavy gauge wall bracket/MS angle i/c minor civil work for ODU(if any) as per site requirement along with laying of standard length of copper refregerant liquid, suction pipe and Copper conductor multi core cable as per manufacturer recommendation by drilling necessary hole/core cut on the concrete/brick wall (if required) i/c making good the damages if any etc. complete as required .

Supply and Laying of additional length of suitable size refregerant Copper piping along with insulation and suitable size FR PVC insulated multicore Cu conductor cable as per manufacturer recommendation as required for connection between indoor and outdoor units of above AC's etc. complete as required.

Supply and Laying of additional length of suitable size hard PVC pipe for draining out the water etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 415 V, SP MCB protected socket in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess etc. complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

SITC of 5-Star rated minimum 10 Litre storage capacity wall mountable Water Heater system having auto cut off facility complete with all accessories and features as per manufacturer standard suitable for operation on 230V+/-10%V, 50 Hz, 1-Phase AC supply etc. complete as required.

SITC of Water Cooler with inbuilt RO based 7 stage water purification system with 80 Ltrs storage capacity and 50 LPH purification capacity having two faucets , gas as refregerant and compressor complete with all accessories and standard manufacturer design suitable for operation on 230V+/-10%V, 50 Hz, 1-Phase AC supply etc. complete as required.

SITC of minimum 5W minimum 90 lumen/w table study lamp having surge protection of upto 2 KV, Over voltage protection, short circuit protection, capable for burning of upto 25000 hours etc. complete with standard length of wire suitable for operation on 230V+/-10%V, 50 Hz, 1-Phase AC supply etc. complete as required.
