2.19 Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 13.30.2 With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

13.33 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

13.35 Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

13.40 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

45.30 Painting on wood work with oil type wood preservative ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture on old work including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

13.52 Painting with synthetic enamel paint (one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

8.5 Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 8.5.1 Local Teak wood 8.5.1.1 35 mm thick shutters 8.5.1.2 30 mm thick shutters.

10.25 Providing and fixing chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6 mm, laid on floors, footpath & courtyard on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 10.25.2 Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

4.17 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cementconcrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded wellburnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal sizewell rammed and consolidated and grouted with finesand including finishing the top smooth.
