Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded aggregates as in path, hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type, and in any position complete all as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in natural ground) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundations for angle iron post including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in angle or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc as in fencing post, strut bend to shape, holes drilled/notches cut to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embeded to concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork and concrete work shall be measured paid separately.

Supply and fix mild steel work such as band, clamps, FI fillets for securing wire mesh, straps, ties, etc. and similar works, fabrication for steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 of Fe- 310-0 including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated, complete all as directed .

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any type or size complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, fixed to fencing posts complete all asspecified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12mm, length of bolt 50mm to 100mm, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 8 to 10mm dia mild steel round bars as in stiffener to chain link fencing including necessary cutting bending etc. conforming to Grade-I, IS 432 (part-I) complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any dscription not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exceeding 0.50 cum and getting out, returning, filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, including watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m away from the starting point and making good surfaces complete all as directed.
