(f) M&L for carryingout test with filling of water over roof slab continuously for 48 hours and rectifying the defects, if any leakage sepage observed during the testing. (g) M&L for providing template of size 450 x 450 mm to each bldg where roof treatment is carried out with marking CA No, Name of Contractor, Date of WPT, Expiry date etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board of any description and S&F new Distribution Board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof TPN DB-TPN 4 way IP 43 IK-09 (double door) with 250 Amps rated copper bus, bar neutral bar, earth bar for independent mounting flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCCB of any description and S&F new 100 Amps, four pole, 415 Volt, 25kA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs of any description and S&F new single pole MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volt, C-curve 10 kA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs of any description and S&F new single pole and neutral MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volt, C-curve 10 kA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCBs of any description and S&F new four pole MCBs 63 Amps, 250 Volt, C- curve, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 10 kA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement single pole and neutral metal sheet enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 240V 32Amps suitable for AC connection socket complete all as pecified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.00 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches or drawn throw cable protection pipe or fixed on wall with clamp, nuts, and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil after laying & testing of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine dry sand as filling in trenches for cable protection including necessory punning and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be laid in 23 cm thicness but the same to be measured as 18 cm after punning for payment purpose.

M&L for old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches as in cable protection covers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32 mm dia bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings for cable protection including GI clamps, nut & bolts washer or burried in ground etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old earthing of any description and M&L for new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) (chamber size not less than 300x300x300mm interior dimensions), type C-1 for chamber, 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover and MS angle iron 40x40x5mm frame including holdfasts etc complete all as specified. Note: The unit rate includes earth wire and protection pipe up to (maximum 7.5 meter from earth plate) earth point/test point.
