22 mm thick shotcrete by wet mix process, applied with compressed air gun after chipping of defective concrete / masonry, racking the joints, cleaning of surface thoroughly with wet sand blasting after fixing of 9 gauge good quality rust free welded mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm in ONE layer with anchors / clamps. After racking the joints clean the surface thoroughy by wet sand blasting anchor welded wire mesh properly, apply 22 mm thick cement concrete complete in all respect upto 5 mt height from ground level. Cement concrete comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water and quick setting compound in the proportion 1:2:1, sand and coarse aggregate conforming to IS 383 and table no. 1 of IS:9012 respectively.
