BRANDING FOR MELA DURATION (MELA DURATION RATES TO BE SUBMITTED) Fabrication, Installation, Maintenance and Uninstallation of flex branding shall be of 300 GSM Star/Hanwa Pioneer or equivalent (duly approved) Make Black Back/Backlit Flex (as per the location of site) mounted on to the square hollow section support frame of size 40x40x2mm (of JINDAL/TATA/SAIL/APOLLO make) or using Eyelet at curved surface, using adhesive/glue of Poly Fix/Jet Bond/Equivalent make as per the approved design by the Authority for mela duration

Fabrication, Installation, Maintenance and Uninstallation of 500 Customised polyester flags rectangular in shape with printing on both sides of approximate size 8ft x 1.5 ft at Mela Area. Flag Poles shal be required to be of Mild Steel (MS) Pipes, primed and printed silver with 'T' structure for bunting on top of poles for flag. The themes and designs of the flags shal be approved by the authority prior installation for mela duration.

Installation, Maintenance and Uninstallation of spriral lighting on 500 light poles shall be LED Waterproof Neon Silicon Pipe Lighting (Warm white Light) required to run till the full length of the Electric Poles for mela duration

SERVICES House Keeping ( with tools, equipments consumables etc) Event contractor shall have to consider all the service staff from mobilisation to demobilisation from site, consumable equipment tool etc. suitable person from serving water. Providing sweeper for general cleaning of the entire venue, Garbage disposal, cleaning of food stall area and toilet cleaning with two teams operating in each block in uniform. Housekeeping manpower deployment list should be provided to officials before the event

Insecticides- (During entire venue) Providing and spraying (Fogging) insecticides to all area for making venue non- allergic, odourless, non toxic VOC free, non carcinogenic and earth friendly clear on regular basis for everyday and whenever required right from begining of mobilsation to last minute of event. Agency need to do fogging minimum three to four time daily during evening period. Agency need to keep minimum two fogging machine in working condition onsite is a part of scope of work (Per Event day )
