Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to lead of 20 mtrs. in all kinds of soil in pick work, jumper work and blasting work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required in to plinths , sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres in pick jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement: 4 Sand : 8 graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement: 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate, 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth. complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing form work with steel plates3.15mm thick welded with Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fairfinish I/c centring , shuttering , strutting and proping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete &plain concrete work in :

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors , roofs, landings & the like . Floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

in wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspened floors,roofs,landing and shelves and their supports ,balconies, beams,girders,bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level .

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing man hole cover made with angle iron 40 x40x 3 mm thick( base frame) & 30x 30x 3 mm thick top frame covered with MS sheet 6 mm thick with locking arrangements to avoid the anti social activities ( lock with a set of 3 keys). ( Weight of man hole cover should not be less than 34 Kg) with in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing Brass sluice Hand wheel valve as per specification 50 mm dia complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing C.I Sluice Hand wheel valve as per specification 100 mm dia complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry / Polygonal rubble masonry (coursed or brought to courses with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in all leads and lifts in foundation and plinth.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor with in complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened,cleaned and washed as specified : complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Top layer, Fine sand( Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40 and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00).

Second layer, Coarse sand, 3mm - 6mm

Third layer : Bajri 6mm to 20 mm.

Fourth layer : Bajri 20mm to 25 mm

Bottom layer : Broken stone 50mm to 75 mm.

Providing & placing Precast Concrete Block in CC 1:2:4 of size 0.30 x 0.40 x 0.05 ( I cement :2 sand ;4 graded stone aggrigate 20 mm nominal size)over X Drain. complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Laying, jointing of GMS pipes (light Grade) Confirming to ISI specification including commissioning and cost of all fitting in respect of following diameters in distributions system(earth wok in trenches to be measured and paid for separatly) including entire carriage of material in all leads lifts as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.
