Sch 'A' Sec-XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes:- (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) Excavation & earth work except for the items which categorically includes for same shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule.

ROAD, PATH & CULVERT M&L for construction of 200mm thick (Compacted thickness) granular sub base by providing close graded material conforming to specificatios, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lits, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power rolled to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. GSB work will be carried out with material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75mm to 0.075mm) having CBR value-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Polythene film, black, 200 micron laid in floors (under PQC) complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Construction of septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, disposal of surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc complete for 10 to 30 Users complete all as as per drawing No CEJZ/TD/30 sheet No 1/3 to 3/3

Construction of Soakage well, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of 25mm concrete,RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC filled with brick bats of size 1.20m internal dia X 3.00 m effective depth complete all as per drawing No. CEJZ/TD/29 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.

FLAME PROOF LIGHT M &L for point wiring using approved colour coading as per IS (Red, Black and Green ) suitable for flame proof (FLP) cross for zone 192 gas group 11 A and 11 B with 2.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, multi standard flame retrdant low smoke (FRLS) insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 1100 V grade IS 694 marked TAC and FIA approved in and including surface mounted with saddles rawl plug and fixing screw etc flame proof metalic conduit pipe heavy duty ISI marked as per IS :9537 (Pt-I) 1980 of suitable size with all flame proof conduit accessories such as bends, elbows, elbows tees etc certified by CMRI Dhanbad as suitable for flame proof areas and sealed with teflon tape on all conduits accessories and also sectional area multi standard flame retarant low smoke (FRLS) insulated , unsheathed coppper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm, 1100 V grade IS 694 marked TAC and FIA approved as earth continiuty conductor connected to common earth all as specified. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of protection pipe galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete as detailed below and all as directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 20.00 :- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC M25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth lead wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of ductile iron (DI) pipe class K-7, 100 mm dia laid in trenches with any length, suitable for tyton / rubber joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying fixing and testing of ductile iron pipe fittings S/S, and flanged (Special) suitable for tyton joints heavy duty for spigot and socketed DI pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers, any type Straight bend, increasing, decreasing, decreasing, or double socked etc) Tee pieces, ring branch, Y junction, double branch, Cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs, adopters etc or any size radius and length confirming to IS specificatios up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing DI/CI pipe line for fixing of TEE/Bend etc of pipe size 100/150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Trial bore of 250 mm dia up to 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for development of trial bore by reaming up to 525 mm for 60m to 200m from ground level and pea gravel level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for insertion of MS Casing pipe 250mm dia and wall thickness 5.15mm up to the depth of bore well hard rock portion and all as specified and directed.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of 7.5 HP Submersible pump, electric driven 415V TP suitable for 250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 250 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay Electric power cables submersible (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Copper conductor of size 6 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal sizes of chamber ) with and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mmx5 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame , inlcuding necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr, 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , brick work in cement motor (1:6), 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortoar (1:4) (both internally and externally) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, connecting and testing sluice valve,non rasing type spindle, cast iron body & wedge with Bronze wedge ring on both side, gland packing, class - PN 1.6 with flanged ends drilled suitable for bore of pipe 100 mm ISI marked (IS:14846:2000) having S.S spindle with iron wheel at top, complete with nuts bolts washers rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Chian pulley block 2 ton capacity electrically operated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning starter panel with auto unit weather and vermin proof factory fabricated LT panel board (415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply) with and including following:-

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of outdoor 12 KV 630 A 21 KA for 3 sec with internal Arc of 21 KA for 1 sec for both tank and cable box , SF6 insulated completely Motorised Operated Ring man with RMU Tank made of 2 mm thick stainless steel, manul tig/Robotic welding & with front cable termination. RMU Bus bar shall be of Copper & RMU coupling shall be from side only. RMU as complete consisting of with Right hand Side Extensible-2 Nos 630 Amp VCB as Incomer & 2 Nos 630 Amp VCB as Outgoing with SCADA Compatible Overload and Earth Fault protection (DPX Type Protection Relay) , Metering Panel ( Meters for VCB Feeder), capacitance voltage indication, Fix type VPIS, cable boot for VCB including necessary foundation as per manufacture recommendation and making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting macadam / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 and matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable using tibba sand and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.)

Material and labour for Jodhpur stone slab for protection of under ground cable 25 to 30 cm wide, 40 to 50 mm thick and not less than 60 cm in length with gap between adjacent slab n.exc 10 mm over underground cable laid dry and abbuting each other complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cable route marker with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate of square size 15cm x 15cm x90 cm (height) duly grouted in ground with PCC and planting depth of 30 cm, duly embossed/grooved, painted with synthetic enamel paint on indicator as letterig " MES LT/HT cable" and including two coats white wash over the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTING PROTECTION Material and labour for bore well earthing by drilling 6 " bore with bore machine up to 30 mtr depth and providing 50mm dia heavy duty GI pipe duly drilled all around 15 mm dia hole at a distance of 200 mm from hole to hole upto min 20 mtr depth upto water level and providing charcoal / sulfer mixture all around the pipe and connecting top edge of pipe with galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only FRGP hollow dunnage blocks made of Fibre Reinforced Glass Plastic with minimum 25% glass content in reinforced members, UV resistant, Fire resistant, High load bearing size 300X300X200 mm length X 10 mm wall thickness capable of taking load upto 5 Ton complete all as specified and directed.

S&F decorative box type LED tube light fitting 1x20 watt including LED tubular lamp with IP20 protection, inbuilt driver etc complete with all accessories internally pre-wired including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of 1.0 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 51.00:- (i) The LED lights shall have gurantee for 5 Years from date of completion of contaract , any defects noticed during this period shall have be rectified / Parts replaced immediately, security amount of 10% of the cost of the item shall be retained with the Deptt till end of the guarantee period. (ii) LED light manufacturer lab shall be accredited to NABL.

The small extra lengths required for loops etc for connection in DBs are deemed to the included and only the cable covered in conduit shall be measured.
