M & L for disconnecting electric connection and piping connection installed in a borewell, including, safe dismantling of pump and motor assembly from the borewell, lifting and lowering arrangement with necessary tools and tackles, thorough cleaning of pump, motor and connected accessories Vertical Turbinepump or Submersible pump & motor (Submersible & VT) assembly of any capacity in existing bore well including connecting column pipes, line shaft with guide spiders and rubber bushes etc. duly installation, commissioning and connected with hollow shaft electric motor or submersible of any capacity including making all necessary adjustments and electric connections as required for satisfactory performance of the pump complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) All type of T & P and transport is to be arranged by the contractor for lifting and lowering of the Pump sets. (ii) All electrical connection of the motor shall be removed and then connected very carefully with th help of suitable joint and insulation tape . (iii) Contractor shall carryout the repair forthwith after getting the massage from AGE E/M /JE E/M either verbal or telephonically. A sum of Rs 500.00 per day per pump shall be deducted from the contractor due payment on account of willfull delay on contractor part in the opinion of the Engr-in- charge. (iv) Spare parts will be measured and paid separatly in respective schedule as supply only item

Material and labour charges for carrying out servicing and preventive maintenance of submersible pump and motor, inspection of impellers, bearings, shaft, seals, and other mechanical components, checking insulation resistance of motor windings, lubrication of moving parts, replacement of worn-out parts such as gaskets, seals, nuts, bolts, bearings, cable joints etc. as required, tightening of electrical and mechanical connections, re-installation of the pump and motor in the borewell, reconnection of power supply and pipeline, alignment and balancing, test-run to ensure smooth operation, measurement of current, voltage, and discharge, and submission of service report, all complete all as specified and directed. Note cost of grease, insulating varnish, cleaning solvent ete deemed to be included. The capacity of submersible pump and motor :- NOTE :- Testing of Pump/Motor before repair and after repair to be done in presence of Engr-In-Charge.

Day to day maintenance/repair/rectification of any type of water supply complaints like No water supply or building mounted PVC OHT or any size and any type by digging alongwith the length upto 01 meter of water pipe line and in any type of soil upto the bottom of pipe to locate the exact pin point location of fault including rectification of fault with the help of plumber, returning filling of same by tightening and including replacing of GI union, elbows, sockets, tees, nipple, check nuts barrel nipple or cast iron special and fittings etc of any size and type as and when required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation shall measured & paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) The all fittings like GI union, elbows, sockets, tees, nipple, check nuts barrel nipple reducer any type and any size required to replace upto 80mm shall deemed to above coated rates not measured & paid separately. (iii) Contractor is fully responsible to provide necessary transportation, T&P and safety equipment to his Plumber & helper to prevent any type of accidents and department will not responsible to provide any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case of any type of accidents/ miss-happening or any type of casualty to his labour/plumber.
