Annual Operation and routine maintenance of electrical equipment such as HVAC chillers plant, AHU, D.G. sets, Main L.T. pannel, Floor Pannel, Building management system (BEMS), CCTV, Fire detection system, Lifts, Aduitorium Audio video system and all floors lights etc complete.
Staff required for Three Shift Per day
(a) Electrician for Main L.T. panel (Basement)
(b) Helper for Main L.T. panel (Basement)
(c ) Lift Operator
(d ) supervisor for cctv system
(e) Electrician for all floor
(f ) Operator for Fire panel and cleaning of detectors at each floors)
