Excavation in foundation & plinth in earth work in all kinds of soil containing spade work, blasting work, jumper work including decomposed soft and hard rock etc. with all lifts stacking the excavated soil not mote than 3 m trs clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layer when required into plinth side of watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth with in all leads, lifts foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4app.sand:8app. graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all height and depth including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced for reinfoece concrete work in wall(any thickness not less than 0.1m thickness) attahced pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level,including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm . So as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

a)Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth and string sources and the like.

b)Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like floors etc.in all thickness.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including banding, binding and placing in polsition complete upto floor two lelvel including all leads, and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.including cost of binding wires.

Providing and fixing C.I. Alfa valve of required dia of approved make and relevent ISS complere in all respect, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand:3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge..

Excavation in drains and channels etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as Kankar Moorum,Shingles, Conglomerate saturated soil decomposed or soft rock & hard rock by blasting including dressing of sides and beds,disposing of excavated earth with all leads, lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed and returning the stacked soil into foundation and trenches etc. including ramming and consolidating the same whereever required with all leads, lifts and including jungle clearance and as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Laying , jointing in trenches and testing high density polythlene pipe rating PN 2.5 main and service, jointing of pipe shall be done by butt welding . Each pipe shall be BIS marked (IS 4984-1995 or latest with uptodate ammendments of PE 63 of following nominal and dia of pressure rating complete in all respects. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by tbe Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:1 ½:3(1cement:1½app.sand: 3app.graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work in suspended floors roofs, landings shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all height and depth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Supplying and fixing MS ( man holes cover )with locking arrangement for frame of internal dimension 455x610 mm rectangular MS cover (light duty) single seat the weight of cover to be not less 58 KG, I/c allleads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing cast iron rungs 200mm wide with chequarred/ ribbed non slip surface including 200x100x100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3sand:6graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size , I/c allleads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by theEngineer Incharge.
