MV CABLES

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Supply, connection, testing and commissioning of heavy duty, medium voltage, XLPE (IS 7098 - PART-II) insulated, Stranded AL / Cu conductor Armoured / Flexible cables as per specification & IS. The cable shall have outer sheeth of XLPE and inner sheath of PVC with stranded AL conductor wherever specified. The cable shall be laid underground in excavated trench / prepared trench / hume pipes when laid outside the building. Cable shall be laid throught preapred trench / cable tray / duct / hume pipe / channel / floor trunks etc when laid inside the building as instructed by PMC/Site Incharge. The scope shall include: 1) Supply of Cables.(With Non Returnable Drums) 2) Delivery of the cables at site. 3) Unloading at site store. 4) Shifting of cable from site store to place of installation. 5) Connection of cable with proper tagging as specified ni specifications. 6) Supply & fixing of cable clamps, brackets, supports, route markers etc. where ever required to fix the cables safely. 7) Earthing the glands and armouring with earthing clamp and jumper and also connecting to common earth bar. 8) Testing of insulation and continuity of cable and submission of reports to the client's representative. 9) To prepare submission drawing and to take approval of consultant at each stage. 10) To prepare & submit as-built drawing and handing over document to end user. 11) Rate shall be inclusive of route markers at 15mtr intervals 12) Each run of cable to be tested with 1KV meggar 13) Proper cables tags of Aluminium shall be made and feeder shall be written.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V "B" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

POINT WIRING

Point wiring in PVC conduit, with modular type switch: Wiring for light point/ fan ponit/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required- Group C

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, onnection, painting etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).
