Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from R.O.W. Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as perTechincal Specification clause 401 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of sukrut stone stone aggregates of specific sizes(22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming ,binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coars aggrigate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading-3 as per Technical Specification clause 405. (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of un reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30(Grade) coarse and fine aggregates confoming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggreagate not exceeding 25 mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints and near aapproaches and construction joints admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spresding grading to reqiire slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loamclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth ad directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m. from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete. as per SI No- 251 and as per direction by E/I (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

Concrete with 4cm. gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. Mild steel or iron in plain work such as in reinforced concreted or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. as S.I. No. 504 and as per direction by E/I (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 36890C/RMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024 . Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.
