Supply only alumn ferric Grade-4, Packing type: Loose slab of 20-21 Kg Each Confirming to IS - 299:1989, for purification of water maintaing 30 PPM maximum and Arsenic ( as per ISO 203) 4 PPM max and Lead 20 PPM. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Contractor is responsible for producing the Date of Manufacturing, Date of expire, Purchase Voucher & Test certificate in r/o Schedule 'A' serial item No. 1. )

Supply of Sodium Hypochlorite Gde-I high strength chlorination chemical for disinfectant, in granual solid form for water treatment in factory sealed non returnable HDPE containers (40 to 50 Kg each) having chlorine concentration level of 75%, shelf life up to 01 years, Stability of chlorine residual 06 Hrs, make as approved by GE. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Aqua-Zing/ Acuro Organics Limited. (Note:- Contractor is responsible for producing the Date of Manufacturing, Date of expire, Purchase Voucher & Test certificate in r/o Schedule 'A' serial item No.2. )

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 250 mm in layers any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking out old un-serviceable GI pipe 80mm dia bore including dismantling from branch and depositing all retrieved items or credit to Contractor under schedule of credit. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per items No. 6 above but 100 mm dia bore .

All as per items No. 6 above but 150 mm dia bore .

Supply & Fixing GI tubing, 80mm dia bore, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per items No. 9 above but 100 mm dia bore .

All as per items No. 9 above but 150 mm dia bore .

Supply and fixing in repair of butterfly valve 80 mm dia bore with handle conforming to IS-14846-2000 double flange fixed type welding and including new flanged rubber joints with necessary nuts, bolts with washer and rubber gasket. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per items No. 12 above but 100 mm dia bore .

All as per items No. 12 above but 150 mm dia bore .

M&L for rectification of existing defective flanged joints with rubber or fibre gasket complete with necessary nuts, bolts and washers all as specified up to 80 mm to 150 mm dia GI/MS pipes. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- a) Quoted rates are inclusive of cutting of GI/DI/MS pipes and preparation of new flanged sockets and refixing the same at existing place. b) Necessary excavation and pipes are measured and paid separately. (c) Quoted rates inclusive for necessary nut & bolts, rubber gaskets and other requirement accessories complete.

Cleaning of under ground water storage sumps, clear water sumps, catchment sumps and sedimentation tanks of 20,000 Gln capacity by scrapping with brushes, sweeping for removing silt/sand/moss and all deposits inside the sump and removing the rubbish to a distance not exc. 150 metre and depositing where directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of following : (a) Drying of water from all types of sumps and removing sludges, sand and other waste materials etc. (b) After removing of sludges, sand and other waste materials etc. applying the bleaching powder at all type of sumps/over head tanks for removing of fungus, scrapping the around the inside sumps with help wire bruch and removing the fungus materials, washing the sumps/over head tanks with clean water and drying the sumps. (c) After cleaning, drying of all types of sumps apply the two coats of distumbered cement base white paint to external and internal surface of sumps and writing the cleaning details of sumps on the top or any other place (i.e. Sump capacity & date of cleaning of sump, Next due date of cleaning) where as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) After cleaning, drying of all types of over head tanks apply the two coats of distumpered cement base white paint to internal surface of sumps and writing the cleaning details of over head tank on columns or any other suitable place (i.e. over head tank capacity & date of cleaning of tank, Next due date of cleaning) where as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing electric motor 03 HP capacity, 3 Phase 415V, 50 cycles, AC from foundation/coupling opening the motor cutting and the burnt windings including bearings necessary spares parts, cleaning the sator and water with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating winding with same class of insulation, varnishing backing up indication supply and provision of base foundation and fixing with bolts, nuts and re-installation of motor with satisfactory perfomance. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per Sr. item No.23 above but electric motor 05 HP Capacity.

M & L for dismantling 03 HP capacity, centrifugal pump & horizontal multi stage pumps coupled with electric motor 3 phase 415 V of overhauling the pumpsets including cleaning with kerosene/petrol for removing the scales and replacement of necessary parts of case ring, latern ring, gun metal shaft sleeves & ring, CI gland covers with MS studs, ball bearings, coupling key, rubber bush nut & bolts, impeller key, lock washer, gasket, impelles with and greasing, re-assembling same in position, testing and commissioning pump sets. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per Sr. item No.25 above but centrifugal pump 05 HP Capacity.

Supply and Fixing in repair of LT copper cable of size 1 CoreX 6 Sqmm in PVC conduit pipe/ PVC flexible hose pipe with fixing clamps.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: Gloster/ Havells/HPL.

Supply and fixed in repair of direct on line star-delta starters with single phase preventor protection feature, relay range 9-15 Amp, Motor rating AC-3 duty , 415V, 50 HZ, 3 Phase of capcity up to 7.5HP L&T Cat no.SS97210. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
