Preparation of DPR For IT Park Development Tower Phase 1 Measuring 1 Acre i.e., Built up area approximately 1.5 to 1.85 Lakhs Sqft at Scheme No 61, Kanbargi Belagavi

Tenderer Must be in Profession practice for atleast 20 years

Tenderer should have Prepared Feasibility Report, for IT Park related Projects of value not less than 33.00 Crores in Last Five Years

The tendered should have Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one Building work for preparation of DPR & Construction drawings of all services including structural designs & Drawings of value not less than Rs. 33.00 Crores in any Government Department/Government Undertaking Department during the preceding 5 years from 2021-22 to 2025-26.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24,2024-2025,2025-2026 Achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs.

Tenderer must be registered Architect under council of Architecture India

The tender shall be applied in the name of company who is the lead bidder. The company /firm/agency which is a part of one JV cannot be a part of another JV Maximum Number of companies in consortium/JV will be two, which shall be finalized before applying the tender. The companies involved in JV shall have experience in Building related projects The lead partner of consortium shall be declared before applying for the tender and shall not change until the completion of the project. The contract agreement and all the communication with the client shall happen with the lead partner only. The consortium partner(s) shall be jointly and severally responsible for all activities of the project execution as per the contract and shall abide with the conditions of contract. The client will not be responsible for the terms and conditions of engagement between the consortium partners
