| - | Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type, floor-mounted, dust and vermin-proof, metal-clad OEM-manufactured and type-tested 11 kV VCB panel comprising 11 Nos. VCBs, totally enclosed, fully interlocked, horizontal draw-out, horizontal isolation type, as per IEC 62271-200 and IS 13118, as amended up to date and as per detailed specification, drawings, and SLD.
The panel shall be suitable for operation on 11 kV, 3-phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with short-circuit fault level not less than 500 MVA, and shall be complete in all respects, including self-contained interlocking system, rack-in/rack-out mechanism, air-insulated, electrolytic aluminum busbars (1250 A rated), and mechanical ON/OFF indication, hand trip device, spring release coil, shunt trip coil, auxiliary switch (minimum 4 NO + 4 NC), etc., suitable for termination of cables upto 3R x 1C × 500 sq.mm XLPE 11 kV cable (bottom entry) with heat-shrinkable end terminations and all accessories as required.
The HT panel shall be provided with humidity monitoring and internal anti-condensation space heaters of adequate rating for effective moisture control within all applicable compartments (refer 10.2.21 (T) of technical specification). | 1 | nos | - | - |
| - | Panel Construction: The panel shall be of indoor, floor-mounted, free-standing, dust-proof and vermin-proof, metal-clad, withdrawable cubicle type construction, manufactured by an OEM and conforming to a type-tested design. The switchgear shall have a minimum classification of LSC2B-PM and Internal Arc Classification (IAC) AFLR 26.3 kA for 1 second in accordance with IEC 62271-200. The enclosure shall be fabricated from prime-quality aluminium-zinc coated steel sheets or pre-galvanized steel sheets of minimum 2.0 mm thickness (or equivalent mechanical strength), fully compartmentalized, with hinged, earthed front doors interlocked with the associated earth switch.
All cable entry openings shall be effectively sealed using approved waterproof, fire-stop, and vermin-proof sealing materials to prevent the ingress of water, moisture, dust, snakes, rodents, insects, and other vermin into the panel. | - | - | - | - |
