GE/KHU-13/2022-23 REPAIR,MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING TO SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKS AND SOAKAGE WELLS AND CERTAIN CONNECTED WORKS AT VARIOUS UNITS UNDER ZONE A IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I KHUMBATHANG UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

M&L Desludging including dewatering of septic tank/soak well in dia/ depth and manholes above 2 mtr in depth for liquid and slurry material and and removing the sludge from the tank by machanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/silt/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spreying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour (skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud.

M&L Cleaning,Flushing of chocked and desilting of sewage lines over or underground and removing blockage by mechanical means or by roding using bamboo split from W.C to first manhole, man holes to MH, Nahni traps to gully traps, gully trap to man holes together with vertical stack pipes (where ordered), cleaning eye to gully trap and taking out all debris/sludge or any solid/foreign materials from sewage line, the sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land on the same day when it was taken out at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including flushing the line with water and testing for clear flow after cleaning and without any additional cost . The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strick supervision complete all as directed and removing from site complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of sewage lines of any depth upto three meter. Note:- (a) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include for all material, labour (skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/stilt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc.:- (b) The effective length of pipe for the purpose of payment shall be excluding the length of manhole.

(a) Sewage lines n.exc 100 mm internal diameter of CI /PVC /SWG /RCC pipes.

(b) Sewage lines exc. 100 mm but n.exc 200 mm internal diameter of CI /PVC /SWG /RCC pipes.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked/filled WC, GT, NT any type and cleaning of freezed water if any and accumalated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or any other method and rodding the cast iron pipe 100 mm /150 mm bore (SWG/PVC/CI) pipe Upto first manhole without damaging the WC and Pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep as in foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes and sewage lines etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone works and precast cement articles, including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, bed concrete of manholes, soak wells and septic tanks etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block ( Type C-1 1:3:6 , 20 mm graded agg) masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone mansonry uncoursed well bonded, solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as seismic, plinth and similar bands, coping, kerbs cills, steps, parapets, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, railings up to 60cm height, water troughs, benching and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work ,complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10+5mm) in CM (1:4) Other than fair faces surfaces of brick or concrete work and finished even & fair with using WPC on walls complete all as specified. Note :-WPC Shall be measured seperately.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair surfaces of brick or concrete work and finished even & smooth without using extra cement on walls complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up of 100 mm internal dia of drain pipe (salt glazed stone water/PVC or AC) set in cement mortar, including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition and breaking up of 150 mm internal dia of drain pipe (salt glazed stone water/PVC or AC) set in cement mortar, including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs vitreous China Squatting pan 'Orrisa' pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest,including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, and jointing to PVC/CI bend and flush pipe complete including making good to floor including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the premisess complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles (350x250x7mm thick/ 450x350x7mm thick), on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match the existing surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

M & L for Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

S&F in repairs 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified.
