SCHEDULE 'A' PART - IX Misc Items is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

Supply and fix desert cooler electric driven (single phase) with overall dimension 760x1060x610mm having tank capacity 70 ltrs with fan of size 500mm, grass padded walls with motor arrangement for air circulation, motor should be ISI marked with variable speed (High 1400 rpm, Med 1300 rpm, low 1250rpm), efficiency of fan motor should be 40% with PF>_0.85 totally enclosed hour (or nearest size), should also include water pump of Head 5ft, input watt-20W, operating voltage-single phase, 220V, 50Hz, complete aall as directed.

Supply and fix Water heater storage type, electric, capacity 25 litres, BEE 5 star rated complete

Construction of valve pit chamber of size 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.0m (internal dimensions of the chamber including brick masonary with cement mortor (1:6) and rendering externally as the work proceeds 23cm thick wall complete with the following specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (i) 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) externally. (ii) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 100mm thick in foundation. (iii) Flooring 40mm thick in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 over 75mm thick hard core of guage exc 63mm thick.
