MANNING AND OPERATION OF WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION SEWAGE INSTALLATION DG SET AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY INSTALLATION AT MIL STATION SHAHJAHANPUR UNDER GE EAST BAREILLY

WATER SUPPLY Providing operator (men) for operation, maint and running of sewage pumps centrifugal non clog vertical type shift driven of cap 2040 LPS at 15 mtr head coupled with electric induction motor controlled with LT panel board etc at sump No 3 to keep sewage sump/well free from submerging of suction line more than 10 with sludge etc at any time in 01 FGM for each shifts per day at sump No 3 (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs), (i.e. total 02 FGM per day) including maintaining log sheet and other periodical maint record all as specified and directed.

Providing operator (men) for operation, maint and running of GGS pump house of vertical turbine/ submersible/ centrifugal pumping set of cap 35000 gallon per hour discharge cap at 60 mtr head with electric motor etc. Chloronome plant, bleaching powder dozer, LT panel boards and stand by DG set for filling water in overhead of cap 100000 gallons and 1x50000 gallons cap twice a day in 24 hours i.e 01 (one) FGM each shift (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400 hrs to 800 hrs) at 01 pump houses (i.e total 03 FGM per day) and supplying sozer (2 PPM dose) at pump house twice a day (i.e 0500 hrs to 0800 hrs, 1200 hrs to 1400hrs ) or timing of water given by Engr-in-charge be followed and maint and operation of connected rising/ distribution valves (sluice valve/NRV/Gate valve etc) within the pump house premises of the pump house for distribution mains and rising mains with the pump house premises and at inter connection of rising mains in between two pump houses including maintaining log sheet and other periodical maint record all as specified and directed.

Providing operator (men) for operation, maint and running of swimming pool filteration plant and Map pump house of vertical turbine/ submersible/ centrifugal pumping set of cap 35000 gallon per hour discharge cap at 60 mtr head with electric motor etc. Chloronome plant, bleaching powder dozer, LT panel boards and stand by DG set for filling water in overhead of cap 100000 gallons and 1x50000 gallons cap twice a day in 24 hours i.e 01 (one) FGM in each shifts (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs ) at 02 pump houses (i.e total 04 FGM per day) and supplying sozer (2 PPM dose) at pump house tthrice a day (i.e 0500 hrs to 0800 hrs,1200 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1700 hrs to 2000 hrs or timing of water given by Engr-in-charge be followed and maint and operation of connected rising/ distribution valves (sluice valve/NRV/Gate valve etc) within the pump house premises of the pump house for distribution mains and rising mains with the pump house premises and at inter connection of rising mains in between two pump houses including maintaining log sheet and other periodical maint record all as specified and directed.

ELECTRIC SUPPLY Mannning and operation of over head lines and internal complaints etc under AGE B/R Shahjahanpur to keep the MRS 24 hrs (in three shifts) MES service centre and all other installations in functional condition so that electric supply can be given to the users without any interuption by employing 01 (one), electrician in each shifts for three shifts per day (i.e 03 Electricians per day) (each shift consisting of one electrician). Any fault occurs in feeder like disconnection of jumper breaking of fuse breaking of conductor of any or any other type of fault in the area of AGE B/R Shahjahanpur will be immediately attended/ rectified by the electrician detailed in shifts duty. Fuse wire any other stores required for rectifying the complaints/ faults will be provided by the department free for fixing. The SBA on duty at MRS 11 KV take over point will given complaints in writing to to shift electrician detailed by the contractor.

Providing skilled trades man for itrm no 4 above in second shift each day in complints against item no 4above complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 5 ABOVE: The contractor shall keep the following aspect in mind while quoting unit rates in item No 1,2,3,4 & 5. above (a )The contractor shall be responsible for safety of operator and also upkeep of installation safe as per MES standard and also maintain chlorine register of installation .(b ) Contractor has been binded to strictly instruct their operator to maintain chlorine at 2 PPM at source end and 0.2 PPM at user end, if any day NIL chlorination report come at any pump house, there be penalty of 500/shift from contractor payment. (c) The contractor will be responsible to provide a proper dress code to all operator and also provide all safetly (d) The contractor shall stop all leakage from gland coupling, joint etc with in the pump house premises including supply of spares for it at his own cost. (e) The contractor shall carry out minor repairs, oiling, mobi oil, greasing, painting etc to pumps and motors. LT panel board and white washing, cleaning of premises off grass roots, vegetation etc at own cost. (f)Whether the repair are minor or not, the decision of acepting officer shall be final and binding. However in case of disputes with regard to this the decision of next higher engr auth shall be final and binding and conclusive. (g) In case of main electric supply is fails, generator electric supply will be maintained by the contractor. (h) FOL like DHPP 'N' and 10W 30 for stand by DG set will be issued to the contractor free of cost by the department (j)The personnel employed by the contractor must be of ITI qualified having adequate experience of work to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (k) Relievers shall be provided by the contractor on no extra cost. (l)Proper shut down will be taken by the electrician from SBA on duty before attending the external complaints.
