M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified, including edges chamfered or moulded (Full/Half bull nosing) to a uniform, smooth profile duly polished with progressive diamond grit pads (from 50 to 3000 grit) to achieve a uniform mirror like gloss & smooth finish all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall, hearth,floor tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x7 mm thick as per IS 13712 Grade II(a) over 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match on vertical surfaces as in dado (colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified.

M&L for Non -skid Ceramic tiles 6-7 mm thick (white), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

All as item No 9.00 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
