Preventive maintenance of Dumper by way of carrying out following jobs: a. Providing & Filling of M-Oil 15W40 (15 Ltrs@380/ltr) = 5700 b. Providing & Fitting of M-oil Filter (01 Set@ 880) = 880 c. Providing & Fitting of Diesel Filter (01 Set @1650) = 1650 d. Providing & Fitting of Air Filter assy (01 Set@2900) =2900

Overhauling of F I rotary pump of by way of providing/fitting of below mentioned items. The job includes dismantling of pump assembly at site and fitment of Pump assembly back to vehicle after proper calibration / testing. a. Vane pump (1 No) b. Kit set (1 No) c. Oil seal (1 No) d. Shaft bush (1 No) e. Timer gasket (1 No) f. Timer piston (1 No) g. Cam plate (1 No) h. Nozzle testing and calibration (1 job)

Repairs to Braking System of the Vehicle by way of dismantling old damaged parts and P/f of following parts: - a. Brake Adjuster (Front) = 2 No's b. Adjuster (Back) = 2 No's c. Cross = 1 No d. Pneumatic cylinder =1 No

Electrical repairs to the dumper by way of Providing / Fitting of back light assy (02 No) Fog light assy (02 No.), Combination Switch assy (1 No), side indicator assy (04 No), Battery lead with thimbles +Ve & -Ve (12 ft)

Repairs to Turbo Charger by the way of replacement of damaged parts viz compressor wheel(01no.), turbine wheel(01no.) shaft bearings, impeller housing(01no.) seals by new ones. The job includes dismantling of damaged Turbo Charger from the Engine and fitting of the same after necessary repairs. The job also includes removing of old gasket from the exhaust manifold and pipe and removing all plastic or foam blanking plugs from Turbo. The job includes the positioning of Turbo on manifold or Engine Block using the correct new gasket & O’Rings and then reconnect the exhaust pipe and tighten all nuts and bolts to correct torque. The job also includes installation of new inlet and outlet air hoses to Turbo charger compressor housing and make sure that the connection is airtight. The job is to be carried out utilizing the services of skilled mechanics with utmost care so that components are not damaged. The job also includes shifting, handling, loading unloading, carriage of above components from site of work to workshop contractor of and back after its repairs/ replacements

Repairs to transmission System of the Vehicle by way of dismantling the transmission from the engine and removing the old damaged items and then p/f of following new items given below: - (all parts must be supplied by authorized dealer of Eicher Motors) a.
