Excavation for roadway in soil by Mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH.
Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH (RBR-STCL-5) : RAMPS
Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing Well graded material for Grading III mixing in a Mechanical Mix Plant at OMC carriage mixed material to work site spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with 80-100 kN Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification of MORTH. : For Trench
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded HBG Crushed stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including cost, seigniorage of all material and including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORTH & H Specification for finished item of work. (RBR-SBBS-11)
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam (B M) with HOT Mix Plant producing an average output of 37.50 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grade.II premixed with bituminous binder of V.G. 30 grade @ 3.40% by weight of total mixer, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessay including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials etc., complete and as per MORTH Specification.
Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORTH & H and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying of 30 mm thick Bituminous Concrete with 100 - 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using hard blasted granite crushed aggregates of Grading – II as per Table 500-17 of specification 507 of MoRT&H (5th revision), premixed with Bituminous binder of VG 30 Grade @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification 507 (5th revision) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earthwork excavation in Ordinary soil by Mechanical Means upto 3 m depth for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH (RBR-FNDN-1(B)) - 1 Cum : for CC Drain work
Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3 km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but excluding stacking charges etc., complete - 1 Cum. : As per item No.01/02/11/12/13 qty
Filling of Stone Crusher Dust for foundation trenches including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges ramming,watering etc, as per drawing and technical specification in Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete (M10) in open foundations using 20 mm Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. : for Drain walls
Plastering in C.M (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all Material, Labour for mixing Material, laying and curing etc., complete - 10 Sq.M. (BLD-CSTN-6.2)
Laying of Plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade at cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade) at 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including curing of concrete slabs for 28- days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
