The scope of work includes replacing the existing fluorescent tube light fittings located at the centre portion of Board room of Technical office with slim panel surface mounted LED light fittings. The scope of work also includes supply of light fittings,Gypboard,cutting the Gypboard to insert into the existing cut-outs, drilling holes on the Gypboard and fix the light fittings, connection and servicing. The scope of work also includes supply of paint ,wall/ceiling putty and painting the bottom portion of Gypboard .A sample of light fittings shall be got approved by the Engineer-in Charge before installation.
Supply of 12.5 mm thick tapered edge moisture resistant gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) Make-Gypboard or equivalent make
Supply of 15 W Day white slim panel surface mounted LED Light fitting(Round type). Make Philips or equivalent make
Supply of 15 W Warm white slim panel surface mounted LED Light fitting(Round type). Make Philips or equivalent make.
Dismantling the existing fluorescent tube fittings, Cutting the gypsum board to suitable sizes to insert into the existing lighting area after drilling the holes at uniform distances for fixing the light fitting ,connection and servicing the light fittings. 2.5sq.mm multi stranded wiring cable and strip connectors required connecting each fitting shall be supplied by the contractor.
Finishing the Gypboard joints with wall/ceiling putty and painting the bottom surface of the Gypboard with off white colored emulsion paint after a coat of primer.
