Providing services for daily running maintenance and operation of round the clock MBBR based sewage treatment plant and fire fighting pump at MH with trained manpower in three shifts of 08 hours each round the clock including Sunday and holidays as follows complete all as specified and directed.

Item No- 1 contd- (a) FGM 01 No in each shift of 08 hours having ITI with minimum of five years experience to operate such type of installation with reliever arrangement as per prevailing labour laws failing which a penalty shall be imposed @ dobule the rate quoted for each shift. (b) Proper recording of all parameters in the prescribed log book/ Register for each installation shall be done all as directed. (c) The work includes operation and regular maintenance of centrifugal pump sets/ Motors / Dozer units, Blowers, Compressors etc including routine maintenance of machineries all as per directions of Engr-in-charge. (d) Operator shall be responsible for timely collection of chemicals reqd for the plants from MES store yard (e) The operators shall be responsible for the complete security of the plant including necessary watch & ward of surrounding complete.

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of MBBR type STP 400 Cum/day incl examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing and replacement of u/s parts complete all as directed by E-in-charge. The STP installation consists of following major components :- (i) Bar screen - 1 No. (ii) Oil grease trap - 01 No. (iii) Equalization Tank - 01 No. (iv) FAB reactors - 02 Nos. (v) Tube settler - 01 No. (vi) Chlorine Contact tank - 01 No. (vii) Filter feed tank - 01 No. (viii) Treated water tank - 01 No. (ix) Sludge holding tank - 01 No.

Item No- 2 contd- Note: (i) The rate shall also include regular greasing and oiling of pump sets, motors, gland packing for pump sets. However store required for other repairs / maint shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of spare part shall be carried by auth channel partner of M/s Thermax or ION exchange only and MOU for the same must be submitted with in 15 days of commencement of work.

Item No- 2 contd- (iii) The spare shall be suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer only. (iv) The rate quoted shall include material and labour required for daily cleaning of Installations area. (v) The quoted rates include all the items which are not considered in schedule but the same is essential for smooth & efficient functioning of the STP. (vi) The contractor shall keep all spares reqd for routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defects it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 5000/- per day will be charged. The decision of GE will be final & binding.

Supply only granular based Calcium hypo chloride water disinfectant packed in 45 kgs plastic drums (having 90% free chlorine) for day to day use in sewage treatment plant complete all as specified and directed . (Make :- Altoch 90 of Declibac or equilent in RAMCO/POTTER WATTS/ Royal Seema)

Note for Item No 3 to 7:- (i) The chemical supplied should have min six month shelf life and supplied in two batches or as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for testing of treated sewage water from out let of chlorine contact tank once in every two months from NABL accredited authorized lab as per IS 3025 for recording essential parameters such as BOD, COD, PH, suspended solids and total dissolved solids complete all as specified & directed.

M&L periodical maintenance of drying beds by dislodging of filter media scrapping out the media mixed with sludge to a depth 25 mm to 32 mm removing all floating material, cleaning well from inside, taking out sludge and algae and disposal off to a distance not less than 50 mtrs complete all as specified including digging out filter media upto 150 mm depth for improving the porosity, leveling the media uniformly in filter bed complete all as directed .

M&L for taking down electric motor from base frame and shifting to work shop for rewinding, dismantling and taking out rotor assembly from stator carefully and cutting/cleaning burnt wire from stator, repair to damage slots including rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size, varnishing, drying and tapping with cotton tapes, reassembling, reinstalling at site including testing at full load complete for 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair to feed press including replacement of unserviceable drain taps PVC, canvas cloth, drain pipe etc and connections of inlet and drain pipe complete taking out all defective parts and supply and fix new parts for replacement re assembling, testing and re- fixing complete all as directed.

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of monoblock pump set 1 HP, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor with class 'F' insulation, 1455 RPM, suitable for 415+10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply on ICMC common base frame with anti vibration pads for recirculation of sewage water of STP incl taking out old u/s pump and depositing to MES store yard complete all as directed. Repairing, Overhauling and replacement of dual Filter Media and activated carbon filtration vessels of MBBR STP 400 as follows:-

(a) Unloading of exhausted filter media from the Filter vessels with proper care incl removal and dump out side the installation as and where directed by Engr in charge, thorough cleaning and scraping inside the existing Filter vessel properly including painting with two coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paint, checking of the existing bed support plate and replacement of entire strainer of filter plant as per existing specification.etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Checking of the existing Bed support plate and replacement of entire strainer of Filter Plant as per existing specification.

(c) Thorough cleaning, scrapping out side of vessel properly including painting with one coat zinc chrome primer & two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint etc.

(d) Taking out the exhaust activated carbon from the cylender / filter and fill up the same with live catalyst AgNO3 of IV value not less than 750 with supporting under bed media (duly coasted with manganese di- oxide) as required and removal of the existing exhausted media all as directed. Servicing of oil fired incinerator cap. 60 Kg/Hr (Make:- Alfa therm) by service Engineer of manufacturing company complete including servicing of Primary Burner, Secondary Burner, ID Fan, FD Fan, Hydraulic system, Limit switches, Automatic waste feeding system etc, checking of Electric control panel, etc. The work also includes cleaning/replacement of fuel oil filters, cleaning the strainer in the water circulation line, lubricating all bearings with proper quality of grease/oil, check and replacement of the door gaskets, cleaning of all relays/contacts with carbon-tetra chloride, cleaning of Fuel tank, cleaning of Recirculation tank, checking of oil line for leakages and replace if found necessary to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Spares other than mentioned in this item shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of Sch 'A' but the cost of fixing is included in this item.
