Supply and placing of the M20 Design Mix for 50 mm thick Precast slabs using of 10mm HBG crushed metal 0.480cu.m, 6mm HBG Crushed metal 0.320cu.m, sand 0.400cu.m and cement 350Kgs with water cement ratio of 0.53(185.50 ltrs/cu.m of CC) etc., from any source confirming to the relevant ISI standard including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including centering charges, shuttering charges, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, vibrating, laying concrete, curing etc., complete with minimum cement content as per IS code from standard suppliers approved by the department but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

Providing High Yield Strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo mechancially treated (TMT) steel bars below 36 mm Fe 500/Fe-500D of specified grade (as per IS 1786 - 2008) of different diametres for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars including all wastages such as over laps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors. (APSS NO.126) (In the absence of 18G binding wire, 2 nos of 20G binding wire in tandem are to be strictly adhered). Note: Unless otherwise fabrication and placement of steel, no pre-pament shall be made against the supply of steel reinforcement.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement mortar using best river sand from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete for the following proportions and thickness.

Finishing the flooring with 15 to18 mm thick polished Shahabad stones (white) set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over already laid CC bed/RCC Roof Slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sq.m. & Jointed with neat cement to full depth including curing, cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water and flooring stones, labour charges for dressing of flooring stones etc., complete for finished item of work. Finishing the sides of walls with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm / 245 mm x 325 mm / 250 mm x 375 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs of approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls) (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply).

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 400 x 400 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the stones against supply)

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor.

4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges.

5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above.

Providing and fixing factory-made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM.
