A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 1. Excavation for approach and river diversion. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil.
A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 2. Providing and laying empty cement bags (gunny bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position , also including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion
A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 3. Surface preparation of old concrete by cleaning methods like compressed air/ high pressure water blast/ sand blast, chipping, wire brush or other means for laying of repair mortar as per technical specification including all stages and scaffolding etc., and Making U groove (size varying from 25mm to 50mm) along the crack length with the help of latest machines or motorised chiselling or concrete cutting or any suitable means by deploying experienced manpower . A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 4. Providing and applying High Performance Cementitious Mortar (based on EN 1504-3(R4)) for filling the cracks, voids & mall cavity on exposed/eroded concrete surface as per Technical Specification. Generally the thickness of layer for application of High performance Cementitious repair Mortar shall be 10-20mm (1-2 layers) complete finished.
A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 5. Providing and laying of high performance concrete M65A20 as per specification, proper compaction, curing including the cost of all materials, carriage and labour etc. with all lead and lift complete finished item.
A) Repair of Concrete face slab of Dam, DGPS 6. Providing and laying NP-3 pipes for river diversion
B) Drilling &Grouting in ADIT 3 and ADIT to Pressure Shaft, DGPS 1. Drilling of 5m deep 45mm dia holes in rock for consolidation grouting
B) Drilling &Grouting in ADIT 3 and ADIT to Pressure Shaft, DGPS 2. Consolidation grouting with Ordinary portland cement as per technical specification
