Providing and placing at or near ground level factory made precast Reinforced cement concrete Jersey road barrier of M-25 grade of required shape and size 3000 mm in length x 840 mm in height x 610 mm bottom width and 150 mm top width as per drawing attached i/c minimum 12 Nos. main TMT bars of 10 mm dia and 8 mm dia TMT steel reinforcement bars ring @ 150 mm centre to centre and two nos 12 mm dia mild steel ring 90 cm. long horizontally as hooks for lifting the barrier, 50 mm dia M. S. tube having weight 5.10 Kg/mtr on Six places out of four in vertcally and two in horizentaly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Tha rate includes the cost of RCC 12 mm dia hooks, 50 mm dia M. S. Pipe,steel reinforcement, steel centering, and shuttering, hoisting, loading , unloading placing in places where required etc. complete).

Providing and fixing of noise barrier with Mono-absorbent box panels of size L 3.00m x W 0.5m x 100mm comprising of 0.80mm thick micro perforated Galvanised metal sheet in front face and connected with screws etc. with 0.80mm thick plain Galvanised metal sheet with interlocking arrangement to place one box panel over including following material/components as under: 1. Providing and fixing of base plate 200x180x16mm top and verticle fixing with 4 nos chemical fastners M-16 x 150mm and with side stiffeners of size 100x30x12mm or as per design requirement. 2. Providing and fixing of verticle mild steel coloumn 3 mtr centre to centre spacing 1.50 mtr height with side of MS plate channel 120x120x3.20mm back to back channel fixing with base plate as per specification and drawing. 3. Providing and fixing of 100mm thick mono absorbent box Panel of 0.80mm thick micro perforated Galvanised metal sheet in front face and 0.80mm thick plane Galvanised metal sheet in back face (JSW/TATA make) with filling of mineral wool/rockwool 80mm thickness of 96 kg/cum denssty including Panel fabrication and self screwing for Panel assembling. 4. Finishing of Panel by polyster powder coating (80-100 micron) and Panel chemical treatment of Galvanised metal sheet for fabrication (15 year warranty) and mildsteel structure paint 2 coat zinc rich primer and 1 PU layer with 10 year warranty. 5. Providing and fixing Glass veil paper for water repellent sheet and EPDM Gasket for Noise leakage and cushioning effect. The work shall carried out as per EN-1793/94 certified from NPL CSIR/ ARAR test report/specification and approved drawing issued by the Engineer-in-charge. The rates are including of all material and installation. Nothing extra shall be paid any account of this work. Traffic management, barricading, safety tools etc requiredment for execution of work shall be provide by the agency.
