Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old Tarfelt of exiting water proofing treatment on RCC roof surfaces including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/ roof padding with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement , surfaces finished even and fair on roof / chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in stone/brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of concrete surfaces for applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS : 3384-1965 ) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces ( Ist coat for bonding material below membrane and IInd coat on top of membrane. Each coat shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application and finally finished with aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre per sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping and similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 with & including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item Ser No 01.00 to 11.00 :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing, removal to store or taking in credit complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing, removal to store or taking in credit complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from overhead water tanks of any capacity and from mouths of circulating pipe etc including refixing and reconnecting at same or other place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), double layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including GI light grade, over flow pipe 450mm and waste pipe 600mm long with all fitting etc. of 20 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs tank cover black (with arrangement for locking) of water storage tank of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of 20mm bore with half turn lever arm /iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100 mm bore Asbestos Cement soil , waste and rain water pipes etc set in cement mortar, from walls or in floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including clamps and other fixing accessories complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius, of 110 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel bands,straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Stop valves 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer of same make complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, valley, ridges, gutters etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 20mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe [Minimum weight for 20mm – 210 gms] complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for re-writing existing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high with thick paint complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from 1000 litres tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, from framed works complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of walls, in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made prelaminated flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, and decorative type on both side of approved colour and pattern complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel barrel tower bolt of size 200 mm of extruded section & fixed in positions complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling / taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster, loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces of RCC slab/RCC beam RCC columns/RCC lintles / RCC fascia/RCC chajjs etc (upto maximum height 15 metres from natural ground level) and including removal of debris outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing of cavities roughening the smooth surface scrapping out/removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by applying rust remover @ 200 ml per sqm or as per manufacturer's instructions, and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly and then applying 40 micron thick dry thickness coat of epoxy zinc rich primer @ 250 ml per sqm or as per manufacturer's insturctions of exposed and new steel reinforcement (measured flat) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and filling the epoxy putty into RCC crack after opening the RCC crack in V groove manner approximate 10 mm vide and 10 mm deep using mechanical cutter properly cleaning the same to remove the loose dust dirt etc and finishing in line and level with existing concrete surfaces etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and procedures as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of epoxy based two component binder to bind old and new concrete chemical bond as per manufacturer's instructions and procedures complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for welding Mild Steel wire mesh weighing not less than 1.5kg/Sqm and primed with nitco zinc primer, fixing to the prepared concrete surface through proper fixing arrangements and applying 40 mm thick average cement mortar in ratio 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound chemical not less than @ 5% by weight of cement, applied with guniting machine/shot gun at a pressure not less than 5kg/Sqm, including lapping of new reinforcement to the rusted portion all as per manufacturer's instructions and carried out the work as per procedures specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separtely.

Material and labour for providing rendering of 10mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:4 with liquid water proofing compound not less that @ 2% by weight of cement applied all as per manufacturer's instructions and procedures complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of epoxy based water proofing and protective coating on newly plastered surfaces all as per manufacturer's instructions and procedures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item Ser No 48.00 to 54.00:- (a) The work for item Srl item No.48 to 54 shall be executed directly by the compani's authorised applicator. Application shall be authorised in writing by the company and furnishing a service guarantee of five yeras from the dates of completion of work executed shall be owned by the contractor in writing. (b) Quated rates shall be inclusive of the material and labours tools and plants scaffolding & working upto 15 metres height. (c) Adoption of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts , ropes, helmets ,netting etc which are required for safety of working for height etc which are required for safety of working at height exceeding 3 to 15 mtr height shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive in quoated rates.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall ,ceiling ,chajja and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over one coat of wall care putty in patches as required including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge . Note :- Qouted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in building /struture of any height .

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall ,ceiling ,chajja and applying a coat of white cement base wall care putty in patches as required and as directed by Engineer in charge finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white or tinted including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidycomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge
