M&L for servicing, repair/maint and pressure test of the condensor and cooling coil of Chiller Package type Water cooled AC of 25 TO 50 TR (Refrigerant- R407C/R-22) capacity and dismantling the same for repair the leakage point by brazing/soldering including check and replacement of all unserviceable/burnt out electric/electronic part and rewiring of the unit and descalling by using antiscallent solution passing through copper tube of condensor units and connected pipes/tubes with suitable tools and pressure pumps, including apply two coat of enamle paint after removing rusting over the pipe of chiller and condensor pipe upto cooling tower and refrigerant pipes with two coats of enamel paint of the colours as indicated by Engr-in-Charge and identification symbols mentioning the service colour coded and the direction of flow of fluids in pipes by arrow at regular intervals shall also be marked, necessary repair/maint as required to plant complete, after completion of the entire job the plant testing will be conducted for 12 hours to the satisfaction level of Engr-in-Charge Make: Blue Star Notes: (a) Cost of requiste Tools & Plants, repairing, servicing other than electrical/electronic components, spares shall be deemed to be included to the quoted rate. (b) AC plant servicing, AHU servicing, defects rectification , testing and commissioning shall be got carried out through the Authorised Service Technicians only by the contractor under his own arrangements and expenses. (c) Cost of descaling chemicals, refrigerants, electrical/electronic components, spares shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for complete servicing and descaling of draft type cooling tower of FRP of capacity 50 to 100 TR complete with all accessories, basin, fittings & fan motor complete and replacement of PVC corrugated honeycomb double edge folded fills, PVC sprinkler pipe and its controlling system along with bottom side & top aluminium net protection and including Cleaning of makeup water tank ,painting to the pipes and parts of the plants as per colour codes as directed including necessary masonery work for supporting pillars of tower and pipes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- PVC corrugated Honeycomb double edge folded fills of size 600x300x150 x 1.75mmshall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for repair & servicing of Air Handling Unit parts complete ie Housing/Caping construction, Motor & Drive, Fan, Cooling coils,hot water tank painting and repair, filters & accessories including replacement of Fan Belts, unserviceable electric/electronic part of the unit, Clogged unusable Filters,hot water tank painting & repair, broken fan shaft pully, unserviceable cooling coils 12 mm dia, 24 G thick with aluminum fins of the AHU of 1000 to 16000 CFM, Model ZDS-160, Make ZECO, S/No 1. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair & servicing of Hot Water Generater 54 kw , 415 volt including replacement of parts C T coil ,MCB, heating eliment, themostate Step control relay card & relay, contactor ,HRC fuse, power control card, push ON- OFF switch , complete circuit wiring, control switch, indicting lamp , presure meter,Electric Buzzer , PPS 5 VA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking down and servicing of Monoblock pump (Horizontal Type) upto 5 HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 V from central air conditioning plant, dismantling the pump, including replacement of unserviceable impellers, bearings, gland packings, and shaft and mechanical water seal as per manufacturer's specifications, greasing, servicing, reassembling complete and refitting at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Taking down and servicing of Monoblock pump (Horizontal Type) 5 to 12.5HP capacity, 3 phase, 415 V from central air conditioning plant, dismantling the pump, including replacement of unserviceable impellers, bearings, gland packings, and shaft and mechanical water seal as per manufacturer's specifications, greasing, servicing, reassembling complete and refitting at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 10 to 12.5 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding cleaning the slot of stator thoroughly and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish including re assembling all the parts of the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing and comissioning complete all as specified and directed.
