Construction works --

Construction of mini Boundary Wall around the periphery

1. Excavation of Soil of 1 foot Depth from the Ground Level and 1.5 feet Width for the entire 3 sides dimension of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet.

2. Brick Work as required of the 2 Feet in height - 1 feet inside the Ground Level and 1 Feet above the Ground Level and width would be of 1 foot for the entire 3 sides dimension of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet.

3.Plastering as required of the 1 Feet above the Ground Level and width would be of 1 foot for the entire 3 sides outer and Inside dimension of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet. 12 mm Thick Plastering of 1:6 Ratio.

Contruction of Platform to Hold the Digital LED Display of " I ❤️ CHAMPUA" LOGO.

1. Excavation of Soil of 1 foot Depth from the Ground Level and 3.5 feet Width for the dimension of 37 feet Length.

2. Brick Work as required of the 2 Feet in height - 1 feet inside the Ground Level and 1 Feet above the Ground Level ( Above the Soil Back filling of uniformly distributed 1 Foot) and width would be of 3.5 feet for the dimension of 37 feet Length.

3.Plastering as required of the 1 Feet above the Ground Level and width would be of 3.5 feet for the dimension of 37 feet Length. 12 mm Thick Plastering of 1:6 Ratio.

1. Step -- There would be a step to be made in Gate side of the dimention 6inch Height , 12 inch width and 1 Meter Length .

Back Filling

1, Back Filling of Soil for 1 Foot Height uniformly through out for the entire dimension of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet.

2, Back Filling of Soil for Extra land scapping of making small hill like structures of height ranging from 2 foot to 4 feet above the uniform 1 foot Back filling for the entire dimension of 6feet *8Feet.

Mechanical Fabrication as required

1. Stainless Steel Ralling of 1 Inch Pipe of 5 Rows for building a Height of 2.5 Feet for the entire dimension of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet.

4 Rows of SS Railing size 2/4 Inch

2.The Vertical Support Columns of 3 inch Stainless Steel Pipes of of 3 feet height from the base with designed end Round Buttons to be placed at an interval of each 12 feets distance . This would Provide rigid strength to Ralling Boundary

3.Gate -- There would be a Gate to be provided with the same ralling Boundary Design and Dimension as mentioned in Item #1. The Length of the gate would be of 1 Meter Height 2.5 feet above the Base. The Gate would have Hooks arrangement for the Locking System . The Gate would be supported by a Step as mentioned in Item Step of Construction Work..

4.Structure to hold the LOGO -- There would be 5 MS Channels of size 4 Inch * 4 inch of height 5 feets to be installed and would be consisting 3 rows of 4 Inch MS Strips welded on the Vertical Channels of the length of 35 feets . This is required to hold the required Letters of " I LOVE CHAMPUA ".

5. There would be 5 Stainless Steel Pipes of 3 Inch Dia of Heght 3 Feet from Ground level to be placed inside the Garden Area to hold the LED Focussed lamps to lighten the Back Trees to be planted and the Garden as required.

Painting

1. Painting of Back Wall already Existing for dimension of 6 feet in Height and 60 Feet in Length.

2. Painting of the inner and Outer side of mini Boundary wall of dimension as required of the 1 Feet above the Ground Level and width would be of 1 foot for the entire 3 sides outer and Inside dimension of 25feet *60 Feet * 25 feet.

3. Painting of the outer side of the Platform made for holding the LED DISPLAY LOGO for the Dimension as required of the 1 Feet above the Ground Level and width would be of 3.5 feet for the dimension of 37 feet Length.

4.Metal Painting of the Structure to hold the LOGO of the Dimension 5 MS Channels of size 4 Inch * 4 inch of height 5 feets to be installed and would be consisting 3 rows of 4 Inch MS Strips welded on the Vertical Channels of the length of 35 feets .

5. 2D Painting of Wall , Outer wall of 1 feet Boundary and Logo Platform.

Electrical Work

1. MCB -- To accept the Electricity Connection from Outside to the land scappe site for Complete Electrification.

2. Underground Wiring -- Underground Wiring would be required by laying the 1.5 Core 2mm Wire through the PVC Underground Pipes as required. Pipe of 200 Feets and wire of 100 Meters in need to provide connections to Focused Green Lamps to Trees , 7 Garden Lights and to connect the LED digital " I LOVE CHAMPUA " LOGO. (wire)

2. Underground Wiring -- Underground Wiring would be required by laying the 1.5 Core 2mm Wire through the PVC Underground Pipes as required. Pipe of 200 Feets and wire of 100 Meters in need to provide connections to Focused Green Lamps to Trees , 7 Garden Lights and to connect the LED digital " I LOVE CHAMPUA " LOGO. (Pipe)

3. LED green Lights would be Focussed to the bigger Trees in back of the Platform to be Planted . Quantity -- 2 numbers of 200 Watts.

4. LED Creamy Lights to be Focused to the Garden and land scapping for required Illumination . Quantity - 7 Lights of 50 Watts.

DB Box - 15Inch

5. There would be 4 White LEDs of 12 Watts to be put for focussing to the Platform Flower Plantations.

6. Connection to the LED digital " I LOVE CHAMPUA " LOGO.

LED Digital Acrylic Designed DAY & Night Illuminated " I LOVE CHAMPUA " LOGO as shown in 3D Visualization in Solution Approach.

1. Letters of Thichness 3 Inch or 4 Inch and Height 3 feet , installation and commissioning for a total Length of 35 Feet of coveing "I ❤️ CHAMPUA" LOGO as required.

2. "MIGRA CIPTA/ SINKOLITE' Brand ACRYLIC of 3 mm Thichness ACRYLIC Front and Side Rasing with 4" Red Color ACP sheet

3. SAMSUNG MODULE LED Lights to be placed as per required inside the Letters for the Night illumination.

Horticulture

1. Grass Turfing for the Entire Dimentions of 15feet *60 Feet * 15 feet including the Land Scappes there would be 30 feet Extra .

2. Bigger Trees of minimum 6 feet Height -- Total Numbers 12 to be Planted in equal Interval of 60 feet Length behind the LOGO platform.

3. Seasonal Flower Plants around the mini Boundary of the inner side for better show case of dimension for the entire 3 sides dimension of 25feet *60 Feet * 25 feet.

4. Seasonal Flower Plants would be placed inside the 1.5 Feet gap area withing the platform holding the "I ❤️ CHAMPUA" LOGO as required.Dimension of 1.5 feet * 35 Feet.

5. Seasonal Flower Plants inside the Garden as and when Required basis -- Dimension 10 Sq. feet * 3 places.

Annual Maintenance

1. Annual Maintenance of Garden Focussed LED Digital Lights

2. Annual Maintenance of LED Digital "I ❤️ CHAMPUA" LOGO as required.

3. Day today Care taking of the Garden Trees , Replacement of Flower Plants with respective to the Seasons , Watering and other Mainteances as required
