Notes for BOQ Item No 1 to 3. The following is also included in the scope of work against item 1.00 to 3.00 :- (a) Maintaining attendance register/ wages register/provident fund details / plant running etc on standard format of log sheet/ record of shut downs / break downs (Log sheets for the entire period of contract shall be provided by the contractor) and same shall be produced on weekly basis or as an when asked by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Maintaining and upkeeping pump house and its surrounding areas neat and clean in presentable condition.

Notes (c) The minimum tradesmen essentially required for operation of installations and valves against item 1 to 3 per shift (8 hours) per installation will be one FGM (Skilled). (d) All trades man shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI trained (Except valveman). (e) All trades men shall individually be life insured. (f) Police verification should invariably got done for each trade man. (g) Trades men should wear proper uniform and name plate/badge/safety shoes at duty time and should be in possession of/ torch/ mask/ gloves/ raincoat as and when required at the installation. (h) Unless otherwise specified shift timings shall be from 00:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs for 1st shift, from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs for 2nd shift & from 16:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs for 3rd shift daily for BOQ item No 1.00, 2.00 & 3.00

Attending day to day complaint of water supply installation,distribution mains,rising mains,pump houses,or any other job related to repairs and maintenance of water supply ,pumping & distribution system including following Time of shift 0900hrs to 1700 hrs -01 pipe fitter .

Repairs to leaking lead joints/tighten joints of any dia of DI/CI pipe line upto 300mm bore.

Repair to GI pipe line of any dia up to 150mm bore.

Repair replacement of sluice valves/Gatevalve/parts up to 300mm bore .

Maintenance of distributions GI / CPVC/ PVC pipe lines upto 100mm bore .

Repair /Replacement of CI /DI/GI pipe lines upto 100mm bore.

Any other work as required for smooth running of water supply /pumping /distribution system as ordered by Engr-in-Charge time to time .

One Mobile with SIM card will be provided by contractor with incoming /outgoing calls to attained complaint .

All material required to carryout repair work will be provided by department under Sch - 'B'
