Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair , complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required not exceeding 18 metres height of building.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3), on concrete surfaces (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony, ceiling etc) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required not exceeding 18 metres height of building.

Demolition of brick masonry in any position built in any cement mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:4), using old size bricks, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white washing over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming (paint)/primer, complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Notes: (i)All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the worrk and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii)The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required not exceeding 15 metres height of building.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade/(Camouflage pattern) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified. Notes :(i) Number of colours and pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE. (ii)All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the worrk and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii)The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required not exceeding 18 metres height of building.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described for external roofs and walls of hangers of height upto 15 metre and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours as directed) complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Number of colours and pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to include necessary scaffolding for painting upto required height. (iii)All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the worrk and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours as directed) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(i) Number of colours and pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE. (ii)All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the worrk and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii)The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required not exceeding 18 metres height of building.

Preperation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including minor repair of plastering etc, compleate all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes: (i) All safecty measures for te safety of workmen shall be ensured by the contractor. Insurance of workers shall also be included in quoted rates. (ii) The rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 12.00 meter height building.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls by clamping, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls by clamping, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman, Italic or indian) n.exc 30cm high,shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 19 but writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reparing the edges of RCC chajja, facias, columns, beams & loft of stair cases etc and like by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 including necessary formwork or provision of rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness)in cement mortar (1:3) with chicken wire mesh after applying a coat of cement of slurry @3kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 600 mm wide in patches including taking down swollen/damaged plaster or concrete upto 12 metre height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
