REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SEWAGE PUMP SETS, SWIMMING POOL PUMPS SETS AND SUCTION SWEEPER AND OTHER CERTAIN ALLIED CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE ARMY JAMNAGAR AT MIL STN JAMANGAR

M & L for scrapping, scrubbing with mechanical scrubber, cleaning internal surfaces of walls, floors, roofs, drainage system with fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump,industrial vaccum cleaner etc of swimming pool of size 25.00 Mtr x 16.00 Mtr with driving area including balancing tank manually as described below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M & L for cleaning of balancing tank manually as described below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . (a) Suitably blocking the incomming and outgoing wash out pipes for avoiding mud and foreign meterials deposited in the reserviors getting into pipes and chocking it prior to starting the cleaning. (b) Bail out complete water remaining in the balancing tank before cleaning the mud and other deposits. (c) Manually remove the deposited mud sludge and other foreign particles and deposit the same separately away from tanks in low laying areas and levelling as directed by Engr-in-charge. (d) Clean the floor wall and roof of the balancing tank by jetting water using rotary pressure jets, remove the sludge so deposited completely by rubbing the wall / floor with brushes and repeat removal and depositing (Approved detergent shall be used) (e) Disinfect the tank with FOA / WHO specified chemical and make the tank totally bacteria free.

Cleaning of overflow drainage of swimming pool with suitable chemical complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in –Charge.

M & L for preparation of old painted iron surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or grith and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour on iron surfaces (pipes etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for painting old PCC surfaces of water drainage, in side of swimming pool etc two coat of sky blue water paint including preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F CI butter fly valve with both side flanged ends PN 1.6 ISI marked 200 mm dia including jointing material such as gasket, nut, bolts etc including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F CI butter fly valve with both side flanged ends PN 1.6 ISI marked 150 mm dia including jointing material such as gasket, nut, bolts etc including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 80 mm dia green/ white PVC Hose pipe flexible on suction pump complete including removal of unservicable PVC Hose pipe from suction pump complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for CI Foot valve ball type, flanged /inner threaded ISI marked including jointing material such as nut, bolt washer and packing material of 200 mm dia including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for taking out suction sweeper pumping set from foundation, disconnecting the water and electric connnection and transporting to work shop, opening the pump for inspecting all parts to identify defective parts, cleaning / servicing & greasing including refixing and replacement of the following unsv items including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge. (i) Ball bearing as per existing make & size - 1set (ii) Gun metal bush for pump - 1 Set. (iii) Remetalling, grinding turning & facing of stainless steel shaft and impeller of pump. (iv) Replacement of gland packing. (v) Replacement of gland nut bolt and damaged foundation bolts. (vi) Reassembling of pumping set and transporting back to pump house, installing, connecting with water & electric connection and testing for performance complete all as directed by Engr - in - Charge.
