M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms,corner shelf,Flat shelf and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) including exposed surfaces of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 9.00 here-in-before but as in skirting (12 to 15 mm thick) over and including 10mm thick rendering/ backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed using cement motar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing holes to cooking platform of size25 mm dia for inserting cooking gas pipe in suitable place as directed by engr-in charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors as in levelling course finished even and rough complete for Bath,WC floor below tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor leveling including finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500m and n. exc. 900m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP base plymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as speified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane-based water proofing liquid membrane to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/ company.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item of schedule 'A').

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F of 500 liters rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks multi-layerd ISI Marked embossed (cyclindrical vertical with closed top) incl connecting up pipes securing access covers etc as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Removal of existing treatment and application of wall care putty to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. M&L for applying two coats acrylic-based distemper of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished putty surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by the Eng-in-Charge and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Note: 1. Application of new finishes to be carried out mechanically by authorised applicator and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer Smart Painting clause mentioned in Particular Specification. 2. Application of putty and preparation of surface to receive the distemper shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
