Major Static Unit- Provision of Catering Services at Food Plaza/Food Court at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station of A-1 Category at Complete Built-up space on "as is where is basis" at location of erstwhile Comesum Near Entry Gate no.1 in the Circulating Area/ Concourse (Main City Side ENtry). (Please see Site-Plan attached herewith) Please read tender document carefully and submit all relevant documents as required in the conditions.

Food Plaza-NZM- For Major Static unit at A1 categories of stations, the bidder must have average annual Sales Turn Over in last five completed Financial Years which should not be less than Rs.5 Crores from Catering Business in India involving sale/ service of food items. Trader/ Stockiest/ Distributors are not eligible. Please enclose- (a)Certificate of breakup of sales turnover clearly indicating the sales from Catering Business as per "Annexure-B2" for last completed five financial years, duly certified by the Chartered Accountant. (b)Also enclose Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account of the last five financial years duly audited by the Chartered Accountant. Note: In case the annual accounts for the latest financial year are not audited and therefore the Bidder cannot make it available, the Bidder shall give an undertaking to this effect and the statutory auditor shall certify the same. In such a case, the Bidder shall provide the Audited Annual Reports for 5 (five) years preceding the year for which the Audited Annual Report is not being provided.

Food Plaza at NZM- Financial Standing- For Major Static Units at A1/A/C Category stations, the bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital minimum of Rs. 20 Lakh during each of the preceding five years. Preceding five years shall be reckoned from the date of bid opening i.e. if date of tender opening is 30/07/2025, then, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 shall be considered. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns duly certified by the Chartered Accountant of last five (5) years. Note: In case the annual accounts for the latest financial year are not audited and therefore the Bidder cannot make it available, the Bidder shall give an undertaking to this effect and the statutory auditor shall certify the same. In such a case, the Bidder shall provide the Audited Annual Reports for 5 (five) years preceding the year for which the Audited Annual Report is not being provided.

Food Plaza at NZM-For Major Static unit at all categories of stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of five (5) years of catering business experience. For the purpose of consideration under this clause, catering business shall mean all types of catering as stated in Form Tech 1.

Definition Of Similar Work:- Catering business experience, it has to be supported by certificate/ letter of experience/ allotment from concerned agencies.

Bidder should upload requisite documents, Affidavit & annexures etc as mentioned in the bid document along with bid.

The Bidder should be either an individual/sole-proprietor firm /Company/ Partnership Firm/Hindu Undivided Family (In case of a HUF, the tender must be signed by the Karta). The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAR CARD, along with the relevant certificate from competent government authority as a proof of being a member of the particular reserved category, from whom bids are invited.

Additional Requirements: 3.5.1 All other mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure A/2, Chapter 1 of Section B of the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, GSTIN Registration, FSSAI, "Aadhar Card" in case of Individual, Proprietorship, Partnership firm, HUF and "Power of Attorney" for bidders participating as Company, LLP. 3.5.2 The Bidder shall submit a self-certified copy of Memorandum of Association/ Articles of Association / Partnership Deed/ POA, where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement. 3.5.3 Ceiling Limit- A licensee (An Individual/firm/company, etc.) will be allowed to hold a maximum two Food Plaza/Court/Fast Food unit per division, subject to further limit of 25 units over Indian Railways. The bidder must submit a self-declaration in this regard on Annexure A- 3. . 3.5.4 Quality Certifications i.e. ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management Systems), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) Registration/License, Piped Natural Gas (PNG) license or Commercial Gas Cylinder License of the bidder by IGL/IOC / HPCL / BPCL etc. may be submitted by the successful bidder within prescribed time limit before starting of the operation of the contract.
