Note for Serial Item No. 111 to 126: The work of structural rehabilitation shall be got carried out under the supervision and guidance of structural consultant who carried out the NDT and submitted report [Andhra University, Visakhapatnam]. A certificate from consultant shall be obtained by the contractor to the effect that work of structural rehabilitation has been carried out under their strict supervision and the same shall be submitted by the contractor to GE. The contractor shall also obtain a written guarantee for effectiveness for a period of 5 [Five] Years from the certified date of completion of entire work from the manufacturer and submit the same to GE before claiming Final bill payment.
