Tenderer has to submit attested copy of valid electrical contractors license as per IE rule 45, which can be in his own name or in the name of his firm.

Tenderer should be Either OEM of the lift or its authorized dealer of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. (OEM of lift under tender is M/s Johnson lifts Pvt Ltd) has to submit a copy of valid Lift maintenance license issued by Govt. agency in their own name or should be manufacturer / OEM. Copy of same to be enclosed with tender document.

Tenderer must have valid Electrical contractors license in their own name or firms name, issued from state authorities for the purpose, attested copies should be submitted with the tender. For participating in tenders for a work in any state the Contractors shall have to possess electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any State Govt. under Clause 45 of compilation of rule of Indian Electricity Rules 1956 or as amended from time to time and a copy of the same should be submitted along with the offer. They shall keep valid license throughout the period of execution of work by getting it renewed at suitable intervals and submit an attested copy of the same to the Railways after each renewal. In the event of any discontinuity in validity of electrical license of the contractor, its authority to work with Railways will also automatically cease to be valid. If the tenderers do not submit any proof for meeting with the eligibility criteria as laid downin the NIT and tender conditions, the offer will be considered as incomplete and will besummarily rejected

The tendering firm must have valid Electrical Contractor's License issued by the Government in their own name. A copy of the license shall be uploaded along with the tender offer, failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected. The license must be valid as on the date of opening of the tender.

The intended tenderer shall get digital signature certificate and get registered with Rly. For new vendors, the procedure is described in Rly. Website www.ireps.gov.in. The tender shall be submitted in Rly website www.ireps.gov.in not later than stipulated time and date of tender closing. After closing of the tenders at stipulated time the tenders shall be opened on the same date. In case the date of tender opening happens to be holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day in the same manner.
