Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as directed

S&F color coated (SDP) pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating AZ150 Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw, butyl tape, end foam filler, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing complete existing treatment incl pcc pedding of roof surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in adhesive compound as per manufacturer instructions and pointed in white or coloured including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in adhesive compound as per manufacturer instructions and pointed in white or coloured including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise proveded for

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
