Scanning, Indexing, Cataloguing, Digitization Of Historical Records and Computer Output Microfilm rolls

The bidder must provide details and descriptions of prior data entry, scanning, encapsulation, digitization, and Computer Output Microfilm (COM) jobs executed for clients, including client names and total project values. The bidder must have specifically undertaken the digitization of records in archives.

The bidder must possess data entry and scanning infrastructure including computers, printers, UPS systems, standard scanners, digital microfilm converters, and microfilm scanners with a minimum total value of 50.00 Lakhs. The bidder must mandatorily own a latest-model scanner and an overhead A2-size book scanner equipped with CCD technology.

The bidder must have an average annual financial turnover of 2.00 Crore (Rupees Two Crore) or more during the last three financial years from Data Entry, Document Management (indexing, metadata tagging/keyword search), and Computer Output Microfilm (COM) services, with a minimum turnover of 50.00 Lakhs in each of those three financial years.

The bidder must submit Income Tax Returns (ITR) filed along with audited financial statements for the last three financial years.
