Manning & Operation of 11 KV Bulk receiving stn regularly along with HT circuit breakers operation of incoming and outgoing feeders, Transformers and LT distribution panel boards at 11 KV HT bulk Recieving Electric Service Sub-station / MES power house at Ord depot Shakurbasti by deploying tradesmen having adequate experience to handle E/M machinery of any type with one electrician in Each shift of 8 hrs, duration of three shift 06 .00 AM to 02.00 PM , 02.00PM to 10 .00 PM and 10.00pm to 6.00 am daily (including sunday & holiday) as specified and directed. (Total Electrician-03 Nos) The operator will maintain log book for installation and shall be responsible for keeping the area around the installation clean by cutting grass, green vegetation and keep neat and clean at installation campus attending emergency break down during add hours as required basis as per direction of Engr-in-charge. The installation required to be manned for eight hours per shift for the following elect eqpts :- (a) HT Switch gear with VCBs - 07 Nos (b) Transformer 200 KVA - 01 Nos. (c) Transformer 300 KVA - 02 No. (d) Transformer 630 KVA - 01 No. (e) LT Panels- 05 Nos.

(e) Transformer 160 KVA -01 No for map accn (f) VCB -01 No for map accn In case of any break down, shut down or tripping of VCBs, immediately inform to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge w/o delay. Note For Ser item No 01 to 04 The operator will maintain log sheet as directed. (i) In case of any break down, shut down or tripping of VCBs, Operator will immediately inform to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge w/o delay and sufficient staff should also be arranged by contractor for un-interrupted supply and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Daily maintenance of Power House / Cleaning of all transformer room, VCB room and connected area shall be got cleaned by the contractor included in the above item rate. (iii) Normal maintenance of DG Sets like cleaning and checking of all accessories Battery and routine test as required. DG Set shall be operated time to time as on required basis and when electric supply goes off. (iv) The contractor shall be responsible to reinstate and make good at his own expense, the damage if any caused by his workmen etc, to existing buildings, E&M equipments, Machineries,Cables and connected accessories complete. (V) The contractor shall be provide the neccessary T&P and Safety equipemnts at installations as required at site. (vi) The operator shall be deployed qualified ITI technician of proper experience . (vii) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions shall be strictly followed by the contractor (viii) Log book records for each installation shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE / Engr-in-Charge / JE and record to be updated by the operator

Manning, maintenance of water supply pumping installation at Ord Depot Shakubasti all days including Sunday and holiday by deploying tradesmen having adequate experience to handle E/M machinery of any type by deploying one operator in each shift of 08 hours duration for two shift 06 : 00 AM to 02 : 00 PM and 02 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM daily to provide un-interupted water supply to the users as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.consisting of the following :- (Total FGM-02 No) (f) The installation to be manned for the followings. (i) Pump set 40 HP - 02 Nos. (ii) Pump set 30 Hp - 01 No. (iii) LT Panel for Pump house- 01 No.

Note for Item No 6 (i) Operation of pump installation of any capacity and run the pump time to time as on required basis. (ii) Operating chlorination system as per requirment in order to get 1.00 PPM at pump house and 0.2 PPM at users end (iii) Operation of sluice valves at overhead reservoir to supply water to the users time to time twice in a day. (iv) Normal maint of Pumping sets and tightening nut bolt washer etc and cleaning all pump house room and connected area included in the rate of items. (v) The contractor shall be responsible to make good at his own expense, of the damage if any caused by his workmen etc., to existing buildings,E&M equipments, Machineries,Cables and connected accessories complete. (vi) The contractor shall be provide the neccessary T&P and Safety equipemnts at installations as required at site. (vii) The operator shall be deployed Skilled ITI technician and qualified tradesman of proper experience . (viii) For payment of minimum wages to the workers of each installtion shall be strictly adhered accordance labour law. (ix) Log book for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE / Engr-in-Charge / JE and record to be updated by the contracor.

Note for bidder:- 1. Security Deposit @ 10% of total quoted amount in addition to Performance Security @5% shall be deposited by the contractor within 30 days from acceptance of Contract. Ref Sch 'A' Note No 24 on page No 16. 2. Attention of bidder is invited to periodical variation in minimum wages as notified by Govt of India/State Govt (Whichever is more) from time to time, the rates quoted by bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of any such variation and the contractor shall pay the wages as notified by Govt during the execution of contract. No reimbursement would be admissible except for taxes directly related to contract value as covered under Special Condition 27.
