M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for providing Cement Concrete, Type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm Graded Aggregate as in Lintels up to 1.5m Clear Span, Cills, Steps, Seismic and other Similar Bands, Plinth Courses, Copings, Bed Plates etc. complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made, 35mm thick, Second Class Hard Wood, Plain framed, Panelled Shutter [Two Panel] with Lock Rail and Panel of 9 mm BWP Commercial Ply or 12 mm Veneered Particle Board with Commercial Veneering on both faces, the size of Rail and Stile as per IS – 1003 [Part – I], Kiln Seasoned and Chemically Pressure treated and fitted to Chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer to newly untreated wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per Specification & Drawing shown on Serial Page No. 160 of MES Schedule Part - II complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made Solid Panel PVC Door Shutter 30 mm thick [Style] consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing shown on Serial Page No. 157 of MES Schedule Part - II complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs [for manholes etc], Chullah hoods, Chajjas, water troughs, mangers, Shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, Premium Quality of size exceeding 0.06 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, 7 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framing for Cladding, Glazing and the like fixed with Angle Cleats and Connecting Plates, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces Eaves gutter and Pipes any description, not exceeding 60 cm Girth including Holderbats, Distance Pieces, etc. [Length measured over Bends, Branches etc.] including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats of steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 25 mm dia 40 mm long Cast Iron Pintle Hinges, Welded to MS Base Plate of existing Steel Gate including providing suitable Jacketing / Supporting Structure etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Heavy Duty, Bottom Guide Roller of Steel Gate of 100 mm dia, Readymade Wheel fixing with Axel for smooth functioning / movement including providing suitable Jacketing / Supporting Structure etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered Wall Surfaces and applying Two Coats of Cement Based Paint over One Coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F SS Clips of Size 20mm x 10mm of 1.5mm thickness on walls/ Beam faces to Support Tiles including 20mm SS Screw fixed with royal plug at an interval of 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in Post holes or similar holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cu.m, getting out in Soft / Loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.
