Material & labour for attending breakdown of pipe line bursting/cracks including broken pipe pieces of various sizes through gas cutting or manual cutting as required at site and burning the defective lead joints and removing out the damaged CI pipe and inserting necessary specials such as CI collar etc as required at site and providing lead joints required at site including testing for the leakages of lead joints for size of CI pipe 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in –charge. Note: Earth work will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'

Repairs to CI sluice valves flanged type 100/ 80mm dia by taking down worn out unserviceable gland sleeve, check nut spindle, gate etc, and cleaning the valve by removing all scales and reassembling the valve with new packing nut and bolt all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling to road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for overhauling of pump set of capacity 15/30 HP after dismantling pump set including greasing and oiling replacing the worn out part de-scaling viz. ball bearing bush & varnishing the motor of pump removing the seal and rust from the parts including reassembling and fixing back (any nut bolt or lathe work etc required will be replaced without any extra cost to the department) complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for overhauling of pump set of capacity 7.5/10 HP after dismantling pump set including greasing and oiling replacing the worn out part de-scaling viz. ball bearing bush & varnishing the motor of pump removing the seal and rust from the parts including reassembling and fixing back (any nut bolt or lathe work etc required will be replaced without any extra cost to the department) complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for taking down carefully electric motor up to 10/15HP capacity 3-phase 415V, 50Hz, AC from foundation/ coupling, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enameled copper wire of approved make, insulating the winding with same class of insulation supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of 2 core FRLS armoured cable for automatic water level indicator for controlling the over flow at OHT and the control system fitted at pump house complete all as directed by EIC. (Excavation, returning filling and removing will be measured and paid separately)
