Appendix I - Providing concrete mass on the downstream face
Clearing thick and thorny jungle without uprooting of thick vegetation and small trees of girth upto 30 cm and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 150 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
Making temporary Road towards Block No. 8,9,10,12 &14 from dam security cabin using departmental earth, up to 1 km lead and lift and compacting in layers including , labour charges etc. for moving vehicles to site with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per the specification and directions of the Engineer in charge.
Common excavation in all classes of soil including boulders upto 0.5 m3 in size at all elevations and depositing the excavated spoil at designated areas or other suitable locations with all leads up to 1 km and lifts etc. complete as per the specification and directions of the Engineer in charge.
Excavation in hard rock and removing boulders above 0.5m3 in size at all elevations by open blasting using explosives with jack hammer drilling including conveying and depositing the excavated muck at designated areas or at suitable locations including all leads up to 1 km and lifts, cost of compressed air, jack hammer, water line, etc. complete as per the specifiation and directions of the Engineer in charge.
