Installation of 1.5 TR / 2 TR Single phase wall mounted type split Air conditioner including installation of indoor unit on wall as per manufacturer recommendations, installation of outdoor unit with providing stand dully powder coated suitable for 1.5 TR / 2 TR AC outdoor unit, connection of suction and return pipes, drain pipes, electrical connections of indoor and outdoor units, first refill of gas, testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.

Installation of 4 TR nominal capacity cassette type Split Air conditioner including hanging of indoor unit from ceiling as per manufacturer recommendations, installation of outdoor unit, connection of suction and return pipes, drain pipes, electrical connections of indoor and outdoor units, first refill of gas, testing & commissioning, including cutting of false ceiling and making support and fixing of false ceiling on supporting members etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing of copper refrigerant suction & liquid piping set for 1.5/2 TR Split AC including insulation, supports, clamps, fittings, connections, sleeves, insulation etc. in addition to standard length supplied with AC unit complete as required as per site conditions.

Providing and fixing of copper refrigerant suction & liquid piping set for 4 TR cassette AC including insulation, supports, clamps, fittings, connections, sleeves, insulation etc. in addition to standard length supplied with AC unit complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply and fixing 3 C x 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated , PVC sheathed unarmoured multi stranded copper cable to connect indoor and outdoor units of 1.5 TR & 2 TR AC units extra after standard length of 10 ft. complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply and fixing 5 C x 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured multi stranded copper cable to connect indoor and outdoor units of 4TR, 3 phase AC unit complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply and fixing of angle iron stand dully powder coated suitable for 4 ton cassette type AC outdoor unit complete as required.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm medium mechanical stress, FRLS, CPVC Drain piping from indoor to nearest drain complete with fittings, supports etc. complete as required as per site conditions.

Supply and fixing of following size ISI marks PVC Pannel Trunking of standard slot complet as required as per site conditions (Make : precision or equivalent).

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 240 volts, SPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 amps, 415 volts, TPN industrial type, socket outlet, with 4 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps “C” curve, TPMCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing 1.5TR / 2TR single phase, wall mounted type split ACs including indoor and outdoor units, stand, stablizer, refrigerant pipe etc. complete as required as per site conditions and shifting the material from site to AAI store.
