Provision for Surface Dressing of Ground including Removing Vegetation Clearance and In-equlities not exceding 15 cm deep AND Disposal of rubbish, Lead up to 50 m and 1.5 m lift ect complete.

Desalting/ Removal of sludge and silt consisting of slushy earth, algae, boulders and other foreign material by necessary excavation , disposting off the sludge by lifting from bottoms to top of tank throught help of pulleys or any mechanical device up to a height of 8 meter and throwing the same away from the monument by wat of trator trolley etc complete

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge..

Supply of stone pillars and stone beams for caves restoration, matching the original stone in type, colour, texture, size and workmanship, including loading, transportation to site, loading/ unloading, & manual shifting Very Carefully through hilly stepped approach up to 1,200 meters lead and 500 metres lift to the main caves, stacking at the specified location, and all labour, tools & plants, incidental charges, royalty, taxes and other operations complete as directed by the Engineer in- Charge

Providing,& fixing the Pillar with carving, dressing, stone pillar in approved matching stone, conforming to the original size, profile, mouldings, carvings, colour, texture and finish of the existing historic pillar, including preparation of contact surfaces, drilling holes, providing and fixing stainless steel (SS-316) 12mm dowel pins of approved diameter and length, fixing with high-strength non-staining structural stone epoxy adhesive, aligning the pillar accurately in its original position, filling joints with colour-matched stone repair mortar where required, , lifting, finishing, cleaning and disposal of debris, complete in all respects as per approved conservation drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of well mixed base cement concrete (1:3:6) (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 Stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size) in proper gradient with compacting, curing, all materials, labors, necessary tools etc. all complete

Providing & Laying of Sand Stone 50 mm Thick fine dressed sand stone flooring over 20 mm average thick base of cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 C.Sand ) Joing finished flush Pointing as per matching with original Taxture of Monument etc complete in all respect

Provision for supplying water by water tanker up to the First Steps and thereafter manually transporting water from the stock yard near the First Steps to the work site through a steep stepped approach, including loading, unloading, handling, hanging/carrying water containers manually over an approximate lead of 1.20 km with an elevation of about 500 feet, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision for Hiring Charge of Erection of steel Centering shuttering ( Scaffolding ) Very carefully with taking precaution to avoide any mishappening & damage at a height upto 10 mts having vertical support of adjustable height system for leveling with bracing & shuttering with Plain Surface by sal wood Plank etc including loading, transportation to site, loading/ unloading, & manual shifting Very Carefully through hilly stepped approach up to 1,200 metres lead and 500 metres lift to the main caves, stacking at the specified location, and all labour, tools & plants, incidental charges, royalty, taxes and other operations complete as directed by the Engineerin- Charge

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipe Hand Railing for safety and security of tourists, consisting of 50 mm dia hot-dip galvanized G.I. pipe for top rail and vertical posts, with intermediate horizontal rails of approved diameter, complete with cutting, welding, grinding, M.S. base plates, anchor fasteners, excavation where required, fixing in RCC/stone surface, applying one coat of zincrich primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint (where galvanizing touch-up is required), including all materials, labour, tools & plants, loading, unloading, carriage, scaffolding, and all incidental charges, complete in all respects. as per the approved drawing and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
